He's called 'Catfish'
OMG; you should have seen him last night. He never gets just one bite at a time; but last night; it seemed all four rods would get bites within seconds of each other. Wish I would have video taped him. It was quite entertaining to watch:)...Heck, I got wore out, just watching:) He would have one rod in his hand reeling in one fish; then all of a sudden; the rod next to him would darn near straight line; and he'd grab that with his other hand..somehow manage to get the first one reeled in and thrown on the boat floor; and would proceed to bring in the big one:) ok; so we only got two good sized ones last night; and 6 keepers; but also in the midsts of all that we threw back about 10 lil ones...so it seemed he was grabbing rods right and left; almost as soon as he threw them out. It was quite an exciting night. Especially after we thought we wouldn't be able to go.
He called me at work yesterday around noon; and said; lets go fishing tonight after work. I said ok; sounds good. Well the rest of the day; looked like it may rain; but didn't really do anything....until.....we were actually on our way to the lake..then it started pouring down rain. We get there; and the lake is all choppy. He's getting a bit disgusted; so I said; lets just wait a few minutes. I've heard from customers all day; that when they did run into rain, it was fast moving. So about 15 minutes later; the rain pretty much stopped. So we went on out. And darn glad we did. Oh yeah; forgot; when he got home from work; he pulled into the drive way; well I already had everything ready and was sitting on the porch; I gave him a very quizzical look;; like what the heck are you doing; pulling in; instead of backing in to hook up the boat...he opens his door and says; do I still wanna go; cause it looks like it might rain...I said...HECK YEAH...that's the best time to go. OK; I've rambled enuf. Not very many pics or even very good ones...but here they are.

Ron has before; I haven't. We are considering going this year. If both our schedules work out of course. And hopefully; we won't have bad weather that soon. But as the weather is now; I wouldn't doubt a foot of snow by then...LOL!
Anyway; Just wondering if any of you have gone before...or if any of you may want to consider going when we do. Just a thought.

Well; Ron worked from 6pm-6am this morning; and then we hit the lake again.
Didn't get home til about 1pm; he cleaned the fish; took a shower and FINALLY went to bed; which is where he still is now:) I woke up about 3pm and have been trying to upload these pics and videos to photobucket; finally got that done.
HEY ROSIE....Get out your bucket again:)

It looked to be the Perfect day for catfishin' Cloudy; cool; overcast; with a light rain shower off and on:)
