I like cornmeal on my catfish.
I had a few small tomatoe's from the graden and Omg I could of ate 10 just with salt if I had them. First time in a long time even my home grown had tasted like a home frown.

we had chinese it was pretty good to though

Rosie that catfish look's better then that burger.(Is that what that is?)

We had chinese (Shrimp fried rice) that we bought extra order of Tuesday while we were in St.Louis at Fu Lee's on Kingshighway so we could have it for supper tonight. Man it was good St.Louis style fried rice yummy!!!!! Don't like any fried rice down here.

Marley; go back and look at the hands preparing the fish....they are NOT mine:) My hands; opened the can of corn and green beans...that's my extent on cooking.

I'm with Jeanette on the cornmeal, that's the only way to FRY Fish in my opinion, plus you don't have to use milk, eggs etc with the meal, it stays on the fish and fries up brown and crisp. I want some bluegill, or crappie that's not filet. One of these days I am going to have to plunk down some money for the darn license and go catch them myself I guess, cos my brother sure hasn't brought me any.
