ellen degeneres is an idiot.  she sits on her show and cries like a baby and  gets everyone all stirred up.  all because she did not follow the rules.  just because she is rich and famous she thinks rules do not apply to her.  the poor woman that owns mutts and moms, the animal rescue place, is getting death threats.  hope ellen feels good about her stupid self.  there are reasons for rules and people like degeneres think they are above them.

good grief.  how many jena blogs do we really need?

i do not quite know which heading to put this under but here is my question.  i am an atheist.  i work with a woman that is hell bent on saving my soul.  constantly preaching at me,  trying to give me religous booklets with sections marked for me to read, even grabbing my clothes trying to shove those booklets in my pockets when i refuse to look at them.  i have told her i am not interested but she continues.  i do not walk around talking about being an atheist and try to change anyone.  why do the bible thumpers of the world do this?  how do i get people to respect my right to believe however i want.  i work with catholics, baptist, etc and they do not try to change each other.  why is being an atheist such a threat to you religous people?  alls i want is to be left along in my beliefs and be left along.  after all this is america.  freedom of religion. or non religion

so chicago has a 1/4 mile area of their beach that is child free.  i think that is wonderful but parents find it to be offensive that their lil darlins are not welcome everywhere.  my hubby and i have raised our children, all well behaved by the way, and we like our quiet time now.  a lot of parents these days have thrown disapline out the window and just let their children have free run of everything.  my hubby and i go out for dinner once a week, usually to a nice resturant and spend a good sum of money on a meal.  and who should sit next to us??  parents and their children.  do not get me wrong, not all kids are loud and unruly but you go somewere really nice to have a quiet dinner and you are seated next to super parents that do not believe in any kind of disapline what so ever and your meal is ruined.  kids have places that is only for them why should adults not have the same luxery?  one more thing those huge carts is the grocery stores that are the size of a small car, and shaped like one,  should go also.  or else have the grocery store police ticket the moms or dads for not pulling over so that everyone else can get down the asile.
