randy was the proffessor who found out he was terminal and gave his last lecture, that was so inspiring and he had the best additude.. i am very sad to hear the news this morning of Randy Pausch's passing. Randy was a remarkable man. As Randy reminded us, "We cannot change the cards we are dealt, just how we play the hand." The way Randy lived his life up until the very end of it is an example to all of us and he will be missed by millions. i blogged about his last lecture before, but here it is again..

I seen him on Oprah while back. Sad story. But he fought hard.

This gentleman should be an inspiration to you complainers out there! He knew he had little time to live and instead of sitting around doing nothing, he passed on the good word...LIVE!

Wow...I remember that lecture probably near the fall of 2007. This guy is awesome and the speech should give inspiration to most of us that we should not "sweat the small stuff - because it's all small stuff"!

Thanks for the reminder on Randy Pausch and with this guy's thought process - maybe it's not a sympathetic day rather a celebration. To his surviving family and friends, live by his words for they will keep you smiling.

WOW!

An inspiration to many. My prayers are with his wife and young children. He suffers no more and all he knows is peace.

I think he is very inspirational and I love his attitude. I am sorry that he has passed away, I am also sorry that as of the last time he talked he was still not a believer but now he knows the truth....

But he is so right...it is how you handle the cards you are dealt with. I hope his talks helped many and I am sure that his taped talks will go on....
