My honey and I went  out tonight at our finest local tavern Jessi's Hideout.  During our dart playing games a good friend of ours who is a student teacher gave us a "slang " workshop.

Cutting:  Which in our days meant cutting in line.  Today it means I am going to cut you with a knife.  So the new slang term for cutting in line is:  Jimping

Swass:  OMG this is a classic which means: sweat and a$s

Bass:  means body order and a$s

Back in my day we just said you stink take a bath now and then.   Yep, that is cruel, but its better being called Swass or bass.

Bass:  I thought was a fish

Will these new slang terms make the grade?

Hey everybody. We used to call ugly girls a butterface. Thats when she has a smokin hot body but a really ugly face. It was usually said like this " Shes a butterface, yeah everythings hot 'but her face'".

I always used the word 'cutting' for someone who stepped in line. Until I moved to Cahokia - where everyone called it 'jipping'. I remember my first day at school one girl cut in line and they all started yelling "she jipped, she jipped". I was like what the heck does that mean?

If you want to find out what one meens or just have fun reading some and learning new ones, go to www.urbandictionary.com . People add new ones all the time, then people vote on what is the correct meening. So they are rated and those with the highest rating are most widely used. Warning, some are pretty gross!

Yeah, I guess each generation has their own slang terms. I guess a while back, it was babie's momma or something like that. My cousin had to tell me what a tramp stamp was. Hee! Hee! I feel so old. I remember my mom or dad asking me what certain words ment.
