Murder Sentences!

I was reading up on the family upset with the sentence the person had recieved.  I know what they mean for 10 years ago my honey's sister was brutally  beaten, raped, tied up, and left.  2 weeks later her body was found.  The man used her socks to shove in her mouth using her head phone wires around her head.  He used rubber bands to tie up her hands and legs.   She was brutally beaten to the point she was unrecognizable.  2 weeks later  some one happen to take a walk a came across her body. 

After 3 years of court hearings he was finally punished with a 7 year sentence for Murder and what ever they charged him with.  We still have to autopsy reports from that and we still can not believe he recieved only 7 year sentence.  His parole I guess is up again next year I think and my honey's sister is all ready on us to write letters to keep him inside the locked door.  I feel for this family a great deal and I wish them peace and happiness again one day.  God Bless!

Perky I think that that is so sad. All of these people deserve life without parole in my eyes. In your case too. For these people to be able to walk the streets again is terrifying.

I know what you mean. Its sad, because we know what that person did to my sister in law and who would want that floating around here again.

Check this out CutE, my mom and were talking about the Left Behind Novels.. My mom said after reading those and watching Obama he reminds her of the anti christ in the books. LOL
I told her she need to slow down on the books..LOL Especially when I still have 4 bags I am trying to get thru and she keeps sending me more. Book Sale @ Perks!

And, we went to a Luau Wedding reception last night.. We had to party with a bunch of police officers. That was the bomb. We had our own table to ourselves until they started coming to sit with us. Finally, we got up they all asked where ya going? To many cops at this table. We go outside to smoke, and they sure enough they follow us. Stay Away!

We walked into the door, it was packed there was no seating at the time.. We stood until the dollar dance to get a seat.. One side of the hall yells, PAM! LOL every one was asking who is that couple.. LOL I gave the Frank, ( groom ) $20 to dance during the dollar dance and I walked away and danced with my honey! LOL

Most of the people there were Police officers. Many of them I know grew up with them. I got to know many from other areas now...then my cops trust you will never forget her. They just give me a hard time..they like my cooking..

If figured you were good friends with them. I sometime read statements you make refering to them. They know who the party person of the crowd is don't they lol.

Funny thing of it all was: We were only there from 2 hours...my honey has to work at 5 am. That is all you need to leave your stamp!

I don't think it is fair for the family of the murdered one to have to spend the rest of their lives going to the prison to prevent the evil murderer from getting out.

I believe in the death penalty. Why should all of us pay to feed him and take care of him since he DECIDED to kill someone. This is not fair.

I agree AMOM but with it being 2nd degree murder the death pentalty is not an option.

Hey perks!

I will keep your sister in law in my prayers and hope she doesnt have to live a life of fear again...... People NEED to speak up and NEED to protect our children and women! I wish they would make such toguher alws and life sentences in these cases I would even consider the death penalty. It is sad that in today's world they focus more on raising taxes and smoking band than they do on keeping us citizens safe. Perks.. I am a bit confused though you said that your sis in law was the one that had this happen and that there was an autopsy report? Yet she is the one asking you to write a letter? Would this be a different sister? I would assume so... I, too would like to read the story....

Glad you a good time at the Luau wedding... I was wondering how that went for ya....
