Well, since cell phones are the issue right now lets twist it up a knotch.....BAM!

Holy cow that is bold...oops much better. Now, can everyone read this?  Jbyrd, Jim?

How many of you take lots of pictures from your cell phone and use them.  For example sometimes I can get great snapshot from my phone and upload to my pc and use for AV, post card, Letterhead..ha...lately here my cell phone pics have been jammin' mon.  Got so excited I even added my email addy for these special moments.  Really I got tired of typing in my email address every time I sent a pic. Its called contact list.

Now, yesterday I took 3 pics and I swore I emailed them all to me but I am missing one.  Guess I will have to resend it.  Let me tell ya.. you can't see a dog gone thing in the sun outside, with a cell phone, in the sun..your all ready blind and my sunglasses only cost me a whompin $1.  When I opened up those pictures.......Wow, do I have a tan!

With gas prices rising along with groceries its only a matter of time people will have to make a choice on each paycheck what they will need to purchase. You may have to choose from gas or prescriptions, groceries...  How do you plan to overcome this inflation we are going through right now.

I ask you this because I feel we will adjust to the cost in time and prices will not go down.

Over the past decade with so many different disaster that have happen on our continent would you trust FEMA or create your own survival strategy for your family.

My Honey and I have decided to put together 6 backpacks for each member of our household and give them a meeting place.  No matter where you are get that backpack and head to your destination.  If you do not make it, then some one will come check for in you one of FEMA's camps.

I can not say FEMA has improved over the pass decade, however, if you feel they have.. great for you..but if we all have a meeting place during fires in our home, or tornadoes, why not for a major disaster..whether its war, bomb, astriod, etc.

We feel our chance of survival for our family would be greater not relying on FEMA.

P.S.  Webteam if you decide to toss me in the hotbox with this you pick the correct category.  I am tired of guessing.  =P

I can not believe the jump in our real estate taxes this year.  We have lived in this house for 16 years and every year they have gone up.  They first were around $350 total with both installments and yes I know each year they  raised these taxes over something. Last year I believe we paid around $1100 and this year they went up almost 50%  higher than we normally pay.   Bring in more businesses if you need money.  The sad part of all this is our society is on a fast pace move...No downtime...so we have more mistakes in our Government. They rob us constantly.....Where is Robin Hood?

Kids just don't seem to understand the concept of pitching in/chores.  For almost 7 years my dishwaser broke and I be damn if I am going to invest when I have 12 hands for the dirty job.  Dishes, what is it with dishes? I have no problem doing them if some one stacks for me.  I figure if you use them to feed your face or quench the thirst then by golly gee pitch in.

Out of 4 boys my youngest will always do something with out asking, but if he skips town OMG all the other brothers go crazy. Which in the long run is vice versa but they are blind to that.

Check this out:  My Mommy calls me Tuesday night about a dishwasher.  My sister purchased a dishwasher probably 3 weeks ago and well ended up with a better deal from a friend.  So, my mommy tells me for a little labor over at her house she would buy that dishwasher off my sister.  Ok, I am up for that, so at 10 pm Tuesday evening my honey goes to my sisters picks up a dishwasher and by midnight woo hoo my first loads goes in.  Yeah Baby! No one wants to unload it now. Get with the program!

Now, my kids use to complain everday  about stacking or just helping me out about doing dishes.  I can do dishes for 2 weeks straight and say ok, its some one elses turn.  If I choose a kid they will bicker and say I did them last time.  Yeah Right!

All I ask them is to pitch in for 1 hour a day and pick up after themselves then you all have  the rest of the day to jack around as you please.  But that is hard labor for them.  If they can not handle the pressure mommy gives them then how they going to survive the pressures of a boss that likes to play Micro Manager?

Henry works long hours, swing shift now for over 10 years and he should not be cutting grass on his day off. That is the boys job.  I use to have the grass cut every friday so my daddy could come home and lush his weekend away.

The taxi bill...from my pocket yes, but they think you can drive them from this state to that state.  Hey btw, how far would you drive to go out of state?

My kids do not get allowance but they feel if they take out trash that was worth $5. I use to shine my daddy's shoes for $.50 a pair and I thought that was big green.

As of Tuesday the Henry VIII saga continues.  I read this book before purchasing this movie and did they really BOOGEDY out their daughters to gain power and luxuries during court.  What is sad that a mother has no power or say over the choices the choice the men make for their ladies.  The worse of it all is that they will take almost every family member down with them just to achieve security of what?  When you are called to court back in the day it was not by choice.. You are summoned no matter the cost for what entertainment that leads to turmoil.  I don't think I would like to be living back in that era.  Not saying I would be one of the Ladies in Waiting / or Mistress to the King.  But, women had no say back then.  We were just pawns being used to gain power for our family.  Do you think with all the luxuries and money you can truley be happy.

After doing research on the last Tudor days I must admit and say Queen Katherine of Aragon was righteously the first and best Queen of that era.  Its sads how she was over thrown for Anne Bolelyn but history had marked its moment in the time line.

But, with all the children Henry VIII produced only one heir ended up reigning for 45 years, and that child was Anne Bolelyn and Henry VIII daughter: known as Queen Elizabeth I.

With all the rain its only a matter of days, weeks before these little buggers come out and haunt us. So, here is a tip.

There are 5 plants that I know of that help keep mosquito's away:

1. Citronella
grass is, of course, where companies get the citronella oil. Stop buying those candles and just plant the grass in areas of your flower bed

2. Catnip is an herb that is most commonly used to stuff in toys or feed to cats for their enjoyment. It actually does help all though your kittykat and friends maybe be partying alot.

3. Rosemary while they are attractive plants that both repel mosquitoes and can add interest to your cooking

4. Marigold have a particular smell that many insects and humans find objectionable. They are a good plant for repelling mosquitoes as well as insects that can attack vegetable plants and aphids.

5. Mosquito Plant I have never planted these in my garden but this what I have researched on this plant. Simply crush the leaves or flowers to release the oils and put them in a quantity of alcohol or vodka. Once the mosquito repellent oils have infused the liquid, you can use it just as you would one of the more harmful chemical repellents.
