Christmas........

I know it's 82 days until Christmas...but a lot of people start their shopping early...

Every year I tell myself I'm cutting down, but end up spending way too much...

I'm curious to see who really has cut down...who will have to begin cutting down this year...who still splurges and worries about it later...

I think we (speaking for my family) need to bring back some traditions from years past...simplify things...anyone have any that they still hold on to today?...Growing up, we were sometimes "curious" (okay, sneaky) ...my mom resorted to different tactics each year to deter us... from numbering our packages to having 4 big boxes under the tree, one for each of us kids...our gifts were all wrapped inside the big box...

My kids are grown now, so all they have on their list is cash...it's easy but that's not a gift...

Enlighten me...whats on the agenda for this Christmas?

This year will be really rough.

My two tweens will get a little cash and maybe new warm and fuzzy pj's or something to that effect.

But that it. After feeding them and keeping the house warm that will be about all this single mom can do.
