It is hard for me to believe that the suspsects did not know that they ran over someone. Did it not make a thump? They knew that they guy had seen them steal the money jar and was chasing them.  Is less then five dollars worth spending the time in prision?

My prayers go out to the family of the man who was killed.

Where in the bible does it say that murder is an act of God?  One of the ten commandments is "Tho shall not kill" so unless I'm dumb I don't think that  this could be considered an act of God.

My heart an prayers go out to the victims, their families and the City of Kirkwood.
