This weekend, Number 4 Missouri and Number 2 Kansas will battle it out on the gridiron for the Big 12 North title and for the right to play in the Big 12 Championship!

The winning team has the chance to stay in the hunt for a national championship.

Forget bragging rights…this game has far, far greater significance than that!

Sound off on your favorite team!  Here's your chance to trash talk the big game ... but keep it acceptable for a family audience, we don't want to make any penalty calls!

Once apon a time , there was a cute little Jayhawk . Then a BIG BAD TIGER , jumped on him .Tore his , cute feathers out . Placed him in a pot and made chicken soup .

Sure is nice to have two Big 8 teams vying for the championship game of the Big 12 for a change. I used to say that the best thing about KU football was that KU basketball began right afterwards. This is SOOOOO much fun. All the hype and mostly good-natured teasing. Too bad it's gonna end Saturday. Oh well. Sunday will be bright and sunny after another KU victory. 12 - 0 Go Jayhawks !!!!!

Careful with the trash talking, people will think it is more political dialogue and tune it out.
I am pulling for MU and think they are better purely because they have played power teams, like Texas, Illinois and Oklahoma, losing only 1 of those.
Kansas looks equally as good on the field and have some good players and good coach too.
A shame either one of them has to lose. Looking forward to a good game and hope they both play their best.

Oh yea, Jack Harry and Blair Kerkhoff are real turn offs on the Sports Spot, (KU Hype Central). Moderate fans that enjoy the game for what it is, just another game but with more importance perhaps, will be totally turned off by media trying to make more out of it than it is and will be thereby doing a real disservice to the teams, coaches and players. Fans, media and money are incidental to this operation.

Great game. Mizzou is awesome and have so many great players. Something like 77 out of 113 or 116 are Missouri players. There is a lot of talent in this state. Kansas has a good team too. A really good game.
