We finally have the go-ahead to show off our new chat room! The features are pretty impressive, and you can use it whenever you like! Plus, you never know when someone from FOX 2 may log on and start chatting with you!

Some of you like using Glenn Zimmerman's "Song of the Day" blog in the mornings, but now chatting can be much easier since you don't have to refresh pages constantly.  You can also create your own rooms and sent private messages if you want.

You may have to install the latest Java software, but most computers have it installed already.  Let us know if you have any questions!  Patrick

I like the new chat.. It is great!! Never really much chatted before, now I'm addicted!! LOL. Anyway, I think they should add the Fox O&O Theme to the sound effects. LOL!! JOKING...

We have placed the link to the chat room in a more permanent place on the myFOX website. You can find it on the home page...just scroll down to the bottom and click on the graphic that says "CHAT"

I will have to check it out when I get home, as it is blocked here at work.

I do have a question for the WebTeam...

How would a web developer go about joining your team. It seems that it would be a great place to work and be a part of the team.
I have completed my AOS in Information Systems, and am currently working on my BS degree in Computer Science.
I am a web developer for a large investment firm, right here in downtown STL.

I will be completing my BS in a little over a year. I would love to have the opportunity to join your team sometime in the future!
