What happened to the American pastime..?

According to what I just saw on the news these kids are infringing on the copyright laws of the Atlanta Braves unless they bought their uniforms from the same place that they get theirs...... I'm sure that baseball would go broke if these kids bought cheaper uniforms that they could afford..... To them it's still a game..... Major league teams should be honored that a little boy still wants to wear their name on his Jersey..... I guess that A-rod could not earn his 175 thousand a game if they bent the rules at all..... If they caved in on this loss of revenue then they would have to triple the price of a beer.... Oh wait my bad, they have already done that.....  The game or still referred to by some as the great American pastime has long left us and became a business.....  I can't believe that baseball would strip kids of their uniforms because of greed.......

Do you think they are going too far....??

Ok didn't see the story. But copyright I guess they could strip them of their uniform's.
I mean I could have the fox 2 shirt's made I want but can't as they are copyrighted.So have to wait to get one from them. Which will be never.

Mornin' Tommy....if the Atlanta Braves actually did this to the little league team in the picture I wish the MLB Braves nothing but a LOSING SEASON!

I agree that it's a great advertisement for the team and truly causes no financial loss to the Atlanta Braves.

Boo to the Braves....A-Rod get a job - a real one and GO CARDS!

It wasa League near Chicago where the teams had names of Major Sports Teams.... I believe I saw the Red Sox on the clip ....Fox showed it once this morning.....I'll see if I can find the story......

No it was not the braves in particular... Just a picture I got off of Photobucket.....

Those little guys are too cute to be stripped of their name & uniforms. Surely the managers of the team/s were aware of copyright infringement laws before they decided on the team's name/design/logo etc. Hopefully they're well within their rights and they'll be able to keep both the name and the uniforms the way they are.

Cant seem to find the story in print but I know I saw it on the morning news.... Or am I losing my mind or in my case it would be called my central processer..... I lost my mind years ago.......
