Did it irritate anyone else that Barack Obama had to turn the whole focus of President Bush's speech on Israel into a personal attack on himself?

The President gives a speech telling Israel they were not alone, that the United States stands behind them in the repeated, ongoing and renewed attacks by the Palestinians and Hamas.  Bin Labin (Al Quiada) is now urging the Palestinians into further violence, telling them they must destroy Israel.  

The President states that people in the past have urged giving in and negotiating with the terrorists and that that has never succeeded in the past they just want more and more.  He states that anyone wanting to negotiate with terrorists now and in the future are pretty much living in a pipe dream  (MY WORDS). 

So, in all this Obama doesn't issue any statement about the issue of terrorism or Israel's fight to survive when repeatedly being attacked.  What does this great politician do?  He cries and says "The President is picking on me!" 

Wow, how self centered can you get?  He totally bypasses the important issues and turns it all into a focus on him.   Give me a break!  The world does not revolve around Barack Obama.

BO is a weak candidate at best. He made a very stupid mistake today. BO should have agreed with Bush, and should have said that he favored a surge in diplomacy first, but opposes appeasement.

This does not surprise me as Obama blames everyone for his bad judgment. Everything revolves around him and I have yet to hear him say "I am sorry" for anything. When he made the nasty remarks about the middle class with guns and religion he did not say he was sorry - when he dealt with Rev Wright he did not say he was sorry - he said he was like a uncle to him and he sat in that church for 20 years and never heard any of this type of talk on racism, hate, AIDS, and when his wife opened her mouth - again nothing. Everything that happens is everyone else's fault - not his. I would like to know why he thinks he is so important that Bush would make a comment about him while he was in Israel - it maybe because he (Obama) remembered his stupid remark about talking to Iran and knowing he will never be that brave to talk to anyone. He can not control his wife's mouth - he sure can not provide guidance for America or be the Commander in Chief.

My my my, when "W" repeats the lessons of history which fly directly in the face of B. Hussein Obama's weak-kneed approach to guarding our national interests he gets all upset.

This guy is a bush-leaguer when it comes to confronting our enemies.

The first lady has always played an important role. Obama's bride doesn't have what it takes.

At the very least, the first lady shouldn't be a racist or have disdain for her my country and feel that we owe her something.

She doesn't qualify and her husband doesn't either!

Can you possibly string more cliche sentiments together in one paragraph to prove how incredibly bigoted and self 'wright'eous you are? This man Barack Obama is going to crush Mc Cain in this next election if you right wing nut job bigots don't tone down your natural inclinations towards political incorrectness and criticism without any positive message of your own.

When Moses took over the NRA I thought you folks might learn how to talk ... finish chewing first at least. Reagan one liners ain't gonna cut it this time. You want Obama in office? Keep making blogs like this.

You are wrong young man, it's the libs that have no positive direction. Maybe you can tell us of a liberal positive direction?

Would one be to surrender in Iraq and let 4,000 men and women die in vain? Or would the conservative "finish this war with a victory", be a positive direction?

Is raising your taxes and turning your country into a socialist state a positive direction?

You have alot to learn young man. And you can't learn it on CNN.....Unless you enjoy being a brainwashed spawn of liberalism.

You don't deserve to call yourself a conservative. You're an extremist and that makes you a liberal by default. I served during the first gulf war and retired during this one and am a certified uncle tom black male republican Bush supporting boots on the ground in the middle east conservative.

What annoys me is how republicans like yourself always assume that folks who don't cowtow to their elitist rhetoric of manifest domination are brainwashed liberals. If you'll re read my post you'll see I'm saying why we might loose this election not why we should.

Has anyone else seen where Obama has told Tenn to lay off his wife - no one would bother his wife if he had the guts to have her keep her mouth shut. Again she caused this mess and he is blaming everyone else. I can see it now - he starts a war with Iran and the soldiers get the blame.

His church
his preacher
his time as a muslim
his liberalism
his lack of patriotism
his grandmother
his mother
