If you are surprised by anything going on in St. Louis right now, pick up a Bible-it's all been forcasted a long time ago. I had and have mixed feeling about these hooligans because I was once a teenager, but I had what I see now as a high level of respect for adults and people period. Then there's the other side, I was taught to. I remember being mad one day I was on the Metro because I witnessed a guy get robbed. I was standing there with several other men and we didn't do anything (the kid had a gun). I felt powerless and pissed because it was so braven and it could have been me. I find myself thinking about how some of the youths don't have any structure, love, respect, or discipline in their lives and I at times feel for their past. All that is out the window once it becomes violent and I don't want to be a footnote in some wanna be's jail talk. Some are Lost, most have chosen to be evil. It's all funny until somebody goes all Bernard Goetz on them, then they want to be kids again. If you ride Metro-pack heat-because the criminals do.
