Sen. McCaskill sponsors terrorists rights bill

 Clair McCaskill  US senator of Missouri, who ran as a gun totein conservative ,recently ,wrote me that she was the proud co-sponsor of the Habeas Corpus  Restoration act s-185.  This bill provides that prisoners captured in war have access to US courts to determine the legality of their detainment. As stupid as this sounds on its' face, the implications are much worse. Does this mean each prisoner has to be advised of his rights by the soldier who captures him? Does it mean that terrorists could be freed because of procedural mistakes? Does it mean that military secrets used as evidence be public record. Are terrorist lawyers to be given military secrets under disclosure laws? -------------------------------------------------------

We have always treated our POW's or detainees well. We do not abuse their rights, we feed and clothe them, give them a roof over their heads and a bed to sleep in.
That is more than these detainees deserve.
A terrorist is the lowest form of human life there is. I say give them their bomb back, send them out into a field and detonate it.

I am with you Mechany - our men got their finger nails pulled out and beat half to death - where was these do gooders then???? McCaskill wants her 15 minutes of fame and a hope for a VP position - why do you think she is kissing up to BO??? Does not take a brain surgeon to figure this one out.

kdubken - Claire McCaskill a 'gun-totin' conservative. When? Where?

The only thing I can remember from her campaign was the statement that she couldn't understand America's love affair with guns. This woman and her naive ideas constitute an everpresent danger to our country and our way of life.

She should be removed from office in 4 years.

I think the Protect America Act is about to pass the Senate. Republicans did what they could to give the bill some teeth but were unsuccessful. If you are a Muslim Terrorist and live in the US the CIA still cannot monitor your phone. Good luck America we are going to need it.
