Parking in St.Ann

Here's a story that maybe Elliot Davis would look into........Saturday night my daughter went to a friends house in St.Ann.She parked on the street across from her friends house ( just like she has always done) and they went to a birthday party in St.Charles in another vehicle.When they returned at about 11pm,my daughter was informed that her car had been towed because there was more than two inches of snow on the ground.Now if this street was marked or posted as a snow route I would not have a problem with this.But,it is not posted anywhere along the street.After doing some research into the city of St.Ann I have found out that anytime there is two inches of snow on the ground every street in St.Ann is considered a snow route.And any car parked on the street is subject to towing.The part that makes me mad is when we contacted the towing company on sunday morning they informed us that we could not even get the car back until monday morning and that meant two more days of storage charges at 20 dollars a day.Altogether it cost me $135.00 to get my daughters car back.My question is,How are people that dont live in St.Ann supposed to know about these kinds of ordinances if you dont live there?

This is an informal poll.All I want to know is,Who thinks one or both of the parents should be charged in the death of that little girl? Who knows, maybe somebody in charge will see this.

I just noticed that we ,as a blogging community are now at 300 pages of news and sometimes not so news. I have been a member since october and have seen alot if not all the pages.I may not comment on all of them but i do read them all.There have been some real intresting posts and even more intresting replies.Tell me your favorite stories or things you may have even learned from this blog site.

Is it possible for the webmaster or whoever it is in charge here to make a new catagory on the front page just for all the "Missouri Miracle" stuff? I think I speak for the majority of people who use this site.I am glad they are home and safe but,I am really getting tired of seeing the same subject filling up the whole news blog.Personally,I think the more y'all talk about,the more idea's Devlin's lawyers get.Remember,they were appointed by the court,they need all the help they can get.And thats the last I have to say about that subject as well.

This is not what you might think it is.I'm not trying to get to personal,if I am please let me know.Basically what I was wondering is where people are from.Were you born in St.Louis or moved here ? I'm not looking for addresses or anything like that.But I think you can understand certain reactions to things depending on where you are from (if that makes any sense).Sometimes I have a hard time saying what I am thinking.Anyway, its something to think about.Thanks for replying (if you do)
