What do you want in a Pres?

You can talk all day about if we should have gone to war in Iraq. The point is that we did. So the question is do you want a Pres that is willing to lose a war?
The loyal supporters of the Democratic party would howl over the vote this week on trade if they knew about it. The Dem controled house voted to give duty free acess to the US market for Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador and Colombia for another year as it refused to vote on a two way trade bill, That means that the above countries will be able to export its goods to the US without tariffs but American companies face high tariffs to export to the same countries. Has anyone told the UAW about the Caterpiller exports that the Dem's are Blocking? Be sure to vote for the party that by its vote cuts US jobs.

Why would someone running for office call themself a Catholic when they don't believe in the teachings of that church? Could it be they only want that bock of votes?

While the Bush adm was pushing for regulations on financial institutions the Dem's were pushing for them to make more bad loans. The leaders of the Dem's push were Franks, Dodd and Schumer. It has also been pointed out that McCain was pushing for new regulations back in 05 but was voted down.

The very man that started the plan that has broke the lending industry in now one of the leaders on a plan to fix it. Sen Dodd (D) WOW!

Sen Obama has hit a all time low. He is now trying to put social reform in the "Bailout" plan that if it works will help everybody. Redistribution of wealth doesn't fit into this program. McCain isn't much better in that he wants to fire the head of the SEC and that will fix everything. If you are going to fire someone it should be Sen Dodd. but only those who live in his state can do that.
Why wont it work here?

Other countries have lowered the tax rate on business. In doing so have brought about a growth in jobs. Look at Ireland as a example. The Dem's oppose this but why?
Please explain

Can someone please explain how increasing taxes on business will create Jobs? How universal healthcare will increase med research and improve care? How surrendering in Iraq will improve our security? How having a bad voting record is better then not having one at all?
The best one I believe was. (not exact) Every one running is saying that they will fight for you but John McCain is the only one that has. I also liked when Palin said her husband was a member of the United Steelworkers. The Dem's don't have in either family a union member.
The question that Dem' s don't want voters to ask themself's is: Is your net worth higher then it was in 2000? The reason they don't want that asked is if the ans is yes it brings about the queston why would you want to change econ programs that increased your net worth. That blows there we need change platform.

Isn't voting for someone because of there color just as bad a voting against someone because of there color?
The Gop is going to run a mother in a union household and former union member for VP. What does the AFL-CIO have to say now?
Dem's pro union?

How can the Dem's claim to be pro union when three of the last five Dem pres. did things to distroy unions. Trumen busted the mine workers strike. Kennedy all but busted the Teamsters union with deregulation of the trucking ind, Clinton put in NAFTA.

As Dem's describe a future when the US finally embraces anything but carbon energy They now oppose how the wind and solar power is to come on line. The engery companies need to build transmission lines to places where people live from where it is generated. But the Dem's oppose that. They say they want non corbon energy but vote against it.
