Have you ever heard of Kivalina Akaska? This little town is going to have a very large effect on future energy prices. It has filed suite against 24 oil, coal ,and electric companies caliming the their emissions are responsible for the coastal distruction in Kivalina. The suit accuses the companies of conspiring to cover up the threat of man-made clinate change. This same type of suite brought down Big Tobacco. If you think gas is high now wait until the compaines have to pay millions in damages.

Another scam lawsuit with no science to back it up...just like "global warming"...everyone feel how warm it was on 11 May? ...I froze my *** off....

This is an example of a lawsuit that's going nowhere.

Being that the State of Alaska distributes oil royalty payments to its citizens and all the residents want the income, this is going to be pushed in the direction of nowhere!

I believe that is what the tabacco company's said. They only have to prove the companies talked to one another.
