jimbobbob - Ok, I'll get it over with....the answer is Barry O.

Now for the insight. In spite of the press's swooning over every move he makes and predictions by the pollsters that by mid-July Barry O would have a 20-25% edge over McCain in the polls, the latest fox poll I saw today put Barry at 41% and McCain at 40% which is well within the margin for error at this early stage when Obama was supposed to have a significant lead.

If you take the existing polls, and add to that the fact that conservatives and seniors will seldom answer a pollster's questions, things are looking really good.

Then add to it today that he apologized to the Germans after we had to clean up their mess in both WWI and WWII - this should not sit well with the American public.

When you have people - who have NO IDEA what the real world is all about - and see "History in the Making" (gag gag) voting for BO it makes you wonder what is being taught in our school system today and what are people thinking. They do not look at his issues, past political transactions nor the damage he has done to the state that he is the Senator of. They do not look at what Illinois has lost - it is almost to the point that they do not care - their only thought is " lets get him in office for a "change"???? = that is all we Illinois people have left in our pockets. A lot of these kids/voters have never been out of the United States and if they ever get out of the United States they would know what the word FREEDOM means. I just can not believe there are so many who can be brained washed, but again look and see what Hitler had accomplished. NEWS MEDIA - BO GOT A ROCK STAR WELCOME IN GERMANY. Well I guess the news media did call this one right - it is just another SONG AND DANCE PERFORMANCE BY BO. GUESS BO DOES NOT REALIZE GERMANY CAN NOT VOTE FOR HIM.

Give all of parts of Government to this party and everyone will be sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!VOTE REPUBLICAN Remember Mo republicans balanced its budget and Illinois DEMOCRATS DID NOT!!!!!!!JUST LOOK AT ILLINOIS, LAND OF LAWS and that is what is coming to a State near you....

Just caught the USA Gallop poll showing McCain up by 4 points!! The Germans were not included in this poll!!

jimbobbob - not bad, especially since older adults and conservatives tend to hang up on pollsters when they call.

A friend who is a prominent Democrat in MO politics tells me that there is a groundswell of handwringing amongst party regulars who are beginning to realize that Obama is not electable. I'm still looking for Hillary to steal the nomination in Denver.

And, in other good news, there were 10 or so super delegates that withdrew their support from Obama after his recent trip abroad.

The Dem leadership chose BO, now they have to live with it. Hillary was beating the crap out of BO near the end of the primaries, but the Super's supported BO. Anything is possible at the Dem Convention!!
