What if Independence Day was not on July 4th and not even in summer?

My husband and I sometimes have very weird conversations especially what if conversations....Independence Day is all about celebrating our country, BBQ's and fireworks.  But what if Independence Day was say the 4th of February or November, how would our celebrations change???

I told you we have weird conversations........

For one thing, fireworks could start at a much earlier time...5:00pm instead of 9:00pm, so people could get to sleep at a reasonable time. People would probably have bon-fires. I personally think it would be a great idea...but then again I hate mosquitos, hot/humid weather. LOL

MMMMMM Chili......I love my husbands chili. I think I might like chili more than BBQ, tough choice. I craved it when I was pregnant with our youngest. People gave my funny looks in grocery stores when I asked where the block chili was when it was the middle of August!
