Its now mosquito season, and those litlle biting bugs are out to get you and your dog.  The question is this...Have you thought about heartworm prevention for your pet?  Heartworms are transmitted by mosquitos, and are very dangerous to dogs as well as cats.  So do your best friend a huge favor and talk to your vet about it today.

As a mom with 2 special needs kids I cannot wait to try out the new park that opens this weekend in Lake St Louis.  Ive tried to take my kids to the park but the equipment is very overwhelming.  Not only for them but for me as well,  When I was a kid the climbing stuff was nothing like it is now,  now it is just huge, and Im afraid Im gonna fall off. And maybe my kids can find some new friends they can play with.

OK the southern rock poll was great,  so now lets see how our favorite 80s groups are.... I have always loved groups such as Styx, Journey, Foreigner, Kansas, Rush...totally classic groups.  Sorry folks most of the new stuff just dont cut it for me.  I guess Im showing my age. I know there are lots more to mention, but these are my all time faves.  What do ypu think?

I hate to admit it but I have no clue as to how to post pictures on the site...if anybody will tell me how to do it step by step I would really appreciate it!!!
