So, Bush is going to talk to his "fellow Americans" about his bailout plan. If this doesn't get approved we probably are looking at a depression that will be just as worse if not more than during the last. If Bush hadn't been spending all that money on the freakin Iraqis trying to show them we care (and I don't know about anyone else but an Iraqi is an Iraqi (terrorist) and I'd do anything to see them off the face of this planet so why give them money) we wouldn't be where we are right now. Someone should have done the deed to Bush when he first became president and you all know what I'm talking about, someone tries on every president. Better start stocking up on groceries and gas because its gonna get even more outrageous than what it already is. Taxes are gonna go up too if this plan is approved so we have that to look forward too.

Here's a bailout plan, the heck with the upper class. Now, for those companies needing bailed out let's fine each executive(s) half of their past five years bonuses. Then, take that money (probably well over $700 million) to help out the lower class and middle class who are being hammered by foreclosures.

You don't reward those for doing wrong, cheat and lie, and get paid tons of cash to do so. Listen up Dubya, Congress won't bite on this financial speech tonight like you fooled them with the WMD (and war) in Iraq.

I like McCain claiming that we need to come together and solve this problem. Yeah, Hillary and Cheney, Biden and Bush, everybody. Quit the freaking bickering and make us a great and financially stable country again!

I'm sick of this crap!

Did Speedo wake up on the wrong side of the bed...each day this week? I agree though but wow you are one pissed off dude. I get a little tired of Amerens cries for more money when they bring in nearly half a billion each year as net income.

When Old George was in office, one of his sons was involved in a S/L crash. A lot of money was taken and nothing was done.

Must be a family thing. Old George and this George could give back their salaries from being President. Not sure they earned them.

I am the Rhodes Scholar on the issue. Instead of bailing out these bloody idiots, allocate that money to each state.

There are too many honest Americans facing foreclosure. Yes, some brought it on themselves but so did these large corps.

It's time to unseat these executive jerks and make them, a hit-the-road scholar.

Yep, forget Wall Street, Congress, Business Execs, and all the other greedy, dishonest devils out there .... it's easier for some to just blame a President, who has very little to do with any of it ..........

Yeah it is amazing what has happend since Bush has been president. Even though the dude is an idiot its not fair to blame everything on him. I do understand those that say if it happened during your term then you are responsible. This can be said in small town politicans too. Just hearing his voice is geting old though.
