I recieved my recycle bin. And read the little booklet that came with it .I called the number that was in it. I told them that I didn't need the bin because I already recycled my stuff. They told me that was fine they would come and pick up the bin. BUT... I will still be charged $5.00 to $7.00 per month depending on which trash service I use. Even though I already recycle. I don't think that's right. A lot of people on my block already recycle. Some don't that's their choice. It seems to me that we are getting it shoved down or throats.

First we have to go to digital cell phones or we don't get a signal. Then we have to have digital TV's, have cable or satellite, or get a digital box (which the gov. would give you a $40.00 voucher to help you to pay for it).  Just so you can watch TV.  Now you get charged for recycling. Weather you already do it or not. Or want to do it or not. The thing is that you have to pay for them to pick it up. Then they take it to the recycing place and they get paid for taking it there. They are getting paid twice for it.

What is this country coming to ? We get told we have to do this and we have to do that. Or you suffer  the consequences.  People get forced to do thing that they can't afford or don't want to do.  Then they wonder why people go nuts.
