I am not a big drinker, nor  would I ever get behind the wheel of a car intoxicated, my thing with all this is the fact that he is someone who is famous so therefore it is made into a big deal.  He was barely over the legal limit.   I have a problem with a policeman writing someone a ticket for driving while intoxicated when they themselves do the exact same thing.  Right here in my own community, at a local restraraunt I saw a Pevely Police officer sitting there drinking when I know this cop recently wrote a friend of mine a DWI, but this cop was drinking and going to drive home, where is the logic in this, are they above the law?
