Chrysler up for auction ?

Has anyone heard that Damier Chrysler just gave J P Morgan the go ahead to put Chrysler up for auction? Been reported by some that GM is not the only one talking to DC. Hundia of china along with Cherry and a few others have been reported talking. The wire services are talking about this. What will this mean if another manufacturer takes over what might we see ? Has chanel 2 heard anything yet?

I was giving a thought to the GM thing myself????????? What if a Chevy and Dodge had inter-changeable parts? Would they be in Spanish and German?
Seriously though the move could put GM back at the top but at whose expense? Fenton Mo.?

Yes I was just wondering if maybe it could turn into a good thing. Maybe with the companies combined expenses might be less or employess could be moved around instead of laid off.Hoping for something good I don't know if the public really understands what the trickle down effect of one of the major car manufactures shutting down would have on the economy. Lots and lots of other bussiness's are efected by the car bussiness.

Lived in city for 45 years. Still have ties to city and many family members still live there. I moved to Cuba Mo so I could take care of my horses myself.Love the country but St.Louis will always be my favorite city.
