Is it just me  or is does it seem like there are alot of morons on the road that have no clue to what that long skinny handle sticking off the left side of the steering column is for??I dont know why the car and truck companies even put them on vehicles for nobody ever uses them.I almost got hit today driving and minding my own buisiness when this moron in this truck decides he's gonna get over. For one he doesnt even look in his mirrors to see if I'm there, then he  starts playing with his phone and comes right on over in my lane  and I'm right  next to him.Good thing I was paying attention! Then after I honk to let him know I was there and passed him he gave me a dirty look like I was the stupid one!He kept going from side to side switching lanes and cutting off people and not even attempting to use his blinkers.I see this all the time and it get's very nerve racking!I always use mine, even if theres no traffic around,I still use it..Hello!!!!!!That's what it's there for.And for the people who have 3 brake lights and only one works, the bulbs are'nt that high.Alot of accidents are caused by this.

The none use of the signal light is too common today . Add that to the speeding , running red lights , stop signs and yes talking on the cell phone . Its amazing there's not more accidents .

Besides whats is the big hurry . Do they fear Walmart will run out of Tiny Tim CD's ?

I use mine pretty regularly, now if someone is tailgating me or being an idiot I don't. I figure they had it coming. I would 90 % of the time I use it, the other 10% is for the idiots who tailgate me and they don't deserve to know what I am going to do.

LOL minicooper!

I always use my blinker. Like countrygurl said, even when it appears no one is around. You just never know.

I drive nearly 100 miles a day to work and home and you wouldn't BELIEVE some of the stuff I see. Well, you probably would, but still! I used to get MAJOR road rage, but for my own peace of mind I had to learn to calm myself down. Now I do the speed limit and if you don't like how slow I'm going PASS ME! Oh, and I never drive in the left lane, so don't EEEEEEVEN go there! LOL!

You have to have COMMON SENSE to use your turn signals. Unfortunately, only about 30% of the drivers today have common sense!

Seems like some of these same morons don't know what that left lane is for either. Nothing like following someone in the passing lane doing 10 under, who won't move over!! I wish they would ticket people for that. I did see Byrnesmill ticket someone for that, about six weeks ago. Now if the rest of the police would do the same . . . .

I know what you mean about people driving slow in the left lane.I'll be in the right lane behind someone going about 50 and it seems like as soon as I put my blinker on to get over so I can pass, some idiot comes along doing the same speed and wont go any faster or slow down enogh so I can get over and pass. That's what drives me nut's!And let me tell ya about roadrage!,I used to work around the city in numerous doctors offices and hospitals and I literally had to quit my job because I was starting to get out of control with the roadrage.I even had to be put on meds over it!Now i hardly drive anymore unless it's to the store or somewhere like that.

I live out in the country, and I always use my blinker even to turn into my driveway. There's never even anybody behind me. I always use it. I agree....that's what it's there for. It angers me too!

With so many tailgaters out there... I worry that if I don't use my blinker, I could be rear-ended. Especially by the big trucks!

Hey USF -- I'm just like you. I am so in the habit of turning my signal on all the time that I feel silly catching myself using it on my country lane where I live.

Hey CountryGirl -- my son-in-law has A LOT of family in Doniphan. He told me that he is related to about half the folks there. Bet you know his family.

I live in beautiful downtown Grubville,Mo.I'm happily married and have a beautiful 14 year old daughter.I also have five dogs, three cats, four fish, and feed a stray cat and my neighbors three dogs.As you can tell I love animals!I have lots of wildlife roaming through my property, deer, racoons, coy
otes, etc. My hobbies are taking pictures of scenery, wildlife, and old barns, farmhouses, etc.I used to be a little wild in my younger days by street racing but I'm past that stage now.Now I focus on my family, friends, and landscaping my yards.I'm still a tomboy though.I like working on cars and stuff, building things, painting, drawing and decorating.I grew up in Doniphan,Mo.That's where my dad's family is from.I love going down there every chance I get. It's so peaceful and everyone is friendly.I'd move there in a heart beat if it were'nt for my mom and dad. That's me in a nut shell.
