Summer is here & with it comes outdoor venues. Even here in the rainy Pacific NorthBlessed. Tomorrow night at the White Water Ample Theater in Auburn, Washington we have 9TH roll right seats for Brooks & Dunn & Z.Z. Top!! Five Texas boys!! What blows me away is that Z.Z.Top  is ROCK and Kix & Dunn are COUNRTY!! I have seldom seen the two combined at one concert. It's either rock & the crowd it draws or it's  country & the crowd it draws. But as Kid Rock and other rockers appear on the country stages & on the charts it makes a person wonder how far apart the two really are?? I think it will be a kick ass concert. And the weather is suppose to be beautiful!! Thank God for country music!!

We live in Kent, Washingon which is about half an hour drive from Renton Washington where Jimi Hendrix grave is.  When friends come into town we drive over to visit. Sometimes there are lots of little hippie kids hanging around, playing guitar, burning incents & stuff. He used to have a normal flat headstone with a guitar on it but now they have erected a Memorial for him. It is a small stone pavillion with seats. It is in Greenwood Cemetery. It is very interesting. Seattle is well known for it's music scene.
