Good Morning Everyone.  I thought I'd give this another shot.  This time I want to talk about music.  Music has always been a big part of my life.  My mom could sing and play the piano.  My dad however, could only "play the radio".  LOL.  My parents love country music, especially bluegrass.  Growing up, our vacations usually consisted of trips to Nashville to go to Opryland and see the live shows at the Grand Old Opry.  I started learning musical instruments at a fairly young age.  In grade school, my mom taught me to play the piano.  I took lessons in Banjo and guitar.   I played Tuba in band and learned to play bass guitar for jazz band.  I liked bluegrass music growing up but once I got into high school, all my friends thought I was odd for liking it, so I distanced myself from it (darn peer pressure).  Now that I'm older, I've started getting back into it.  I'm a big fan of some of the old and a lot of the new.   Bill Monroe, Flatt and Scruggs, The Dillards, Nickel Creek, Allison Krause and Union Station, Rhonda Vincent and the Rage, etc.  I kick myself in the butt now for letting that love for bluegrass go for almost 20 years.  I still have a banjo, guitar, mandolin and fiddle, but I am very very rusty trying to play them.

I guess I said all that to say this.  Does anyone else out there like Bluegrass music?
