I LIKE THE NEW LICENSE PLATE!!! IT IS PRETTY....I LIKE THE BLUE COLORS....AND THE BLUEBIRD IS PRETTY...I ACTUALLY JUST SAW A REAL LIVE BLUEBIRD FOR THE FIRST TIME NOT TOO LONG AGO...IT IS A SWEET LOOKING BIRD....

I like the new license plate also. I happen to be one that voted for it online. People..you really need to find something much more worthy of complaining about...after all it is just a license plate. Ok now, breathe in, breathe out and move on. Now isn't that much better ?

I'm so happy that there are others who like the new plate as well. I'm tired of hearing all the complaints that "it's not a cardinal". The Bluebird is our state bird, the Cardinal is the state bird of Illinois. Get over it. If these people want a Cardinal on their plate, pay extra for the St. Louis Cardinal plate. I've been paying for the Missouri Conseration plate with the Bluebird for years, mostly because $25 donation goes to the Conservation Department and partly because of the Bluebird. Bluebirds are not as common as Cardinals, but they are making a comeback in Missouri with the help of citizens and conservationists putting up Bluebird houses. And let's not forget that it was a majority vote for the new plate. Rock on Bluebird.

I was so excited to see something I voted for win....as opposed to the last presidential election!! ( this comment should get some static, but it's true)

I didn't vote for it, but then, I didn't vote for any of them, lol.

I think it's okay. Better than that horrid red we used to have.

The plates are all nice, but I'm open to any one they choose. The ones we have now are alright, I guess, but a new one would be good, too, I recon. I have to agree with cgrimi, about the presidential election too!! I voted democrat, but it didn't help any!!

i also voted for this plate but it is a shame it could reflect the cardinals in some way but my guess they are limited to design options to make it visible for law enforcement

I work in registration at St Joseph Hosp in Kirkwood. Our hospital will be moving to Fenton the beginning of 2009. The new St Clare will have the newest in medical tehnology, and will focus on best practices and patient satisfaction and care. You can stop by and see our progress at 141 & Bowles Ave. My life is computer, day and night, for play and work. Gunsmoke, the tv show from 1955 to 1975, is my hobby. I have collected over 200 to 300 episodes of the 635 produced, plus the 5 Gunsmoke movies. 85 year old James Arness has a website where he talks to all us fans on a regular basis. But of course, Fox 2 is the best show on TV these days!!
