As I read Mr_Wild's blog about his dad's passing, I was thinking that it would be nice if FOX2 had a category for people who have lossed a loved one, whether it's a family member or close friend.
FOX could title it... In Loving Memory
It could also be used to remember a loved one's birthday or any special occasion one would like to remember and share with others.
It's just a thought and I was wondering what others in the blogging community thought of it.
The first anniversary of Deb's passing is coming up and also her birthday : and I would like to blog about it; and put up pictures of her; but wouldn't want to put it in any of the already offered categories. I know there are a lot of us who have recently lossed loved ones; and I just think 'In Loving Memory' would be a good place to go and remember and share.
Let me know what you all think.
MAD AS HELL!!!

I know a lot of you folks have loved ones buried somewhere in your area or in a diffferent town or state. I just want to tell you that you should go check on their graves as often as possible. The reason I am writing this is because back in April of this year, Sue and I went to visit Debra's grave. When I got there, I had noticed that whoever cut the grass, made tire tracks with the mower they were using. Granted they were just tire tracks, but the number of stones that we found damaged, included some dating from the 1900's or earlier. We noticed that the persons cutting the grass also drive the mower on the mosoleums. So, Sue and I decided to go get pictures of the damage, and we could not get over it. We found veteran markers made of copper with the corners cut or gashed by the blade of the mower.
I make it my best to go to Deb's grave once a week, and when I was out there 2 weeks ago, I noticed a different stone that was knocked over. Then this afternoon, I went back out there, and I noticed it, along with a couple others, plus my late wife's marker, were all damaged.
I did notify the cemetery board about all the damage. I even took the photos and gave them to her. She said that some could have been damaged from previous lawn care personel. I told her yes that is true, but a lot of the damage was done this year. I can tell by the marks on the stones or the blade cuts on the copper markers.
I went out and took pics again tonite for proof of the damage.
I would like to know if there is a way that the people who did the damage, can be held responsible for the damage. Like I said earlier, alot of the stones are dated around 1900. Yes, they are old, but a person can see the carelessness of the job they are doing.
I am posting some of the pictures I took back in April and of the shots I took tonite. Many of you may not realize what kind of idiots are cutting the grass at your local cemetery.
