Well we are here. Not quite unpacked all the way. But getting into some type of groove.

The youngest 2 boys have been enrolled in summer school. And they really like it. Every Friday they get to go on a field trip. Tomorrow is a movie and field day at Smith-Cotton HS. I have to say, as much as I miss the quiet of my woods we left, I really love our new house. It's a real farm house on 5 acres of what was once a huge working farm w/ beef cattle. I find myself smiling at something new every day. I told Andrew yesterday that it's really noisy here. He said,"well we didn't have the road at our old house" I told him, that's not what I meant at all...

All the sounds are different. In the woods we had woodpeckers, cardinals, owls, dogs barking... But other than that and the wind, it was REALLY quiet.

Here we constantly have cows mooing, and tons of different types of birds chirping ALL the time. At our other house, the birds seemed to have a schedule. Early morning and mid afternoon. Then the crickets and frogs took over.

Here the birds are performing all day. We even have birds I've never seen or heard in person. Like a whiporwill(sp?), morning doves, Red winged black birds, and this CRAZY mocking bird. He sits about 20 feet above our deck in a pine tree doing every call you could imagine! We've named him Fred. I've come to the conclusion that Fred is just confused!!! LOL!

I can't figure out who he's going to mate w/ either. Cuz he calls everything from Cardinals to finches! RALMAO!!!

When I get some more time, I'll try to get some pics taken and posted.

The people here are amazingly nice. I got my very first welcoming pan of brownies the first night we moved in. And had coffee w/ the woman a couple of days ago. Come to find out, she knows my brother from years ago when he lived here and was the youth minister for her parish! She was actually on the panel that hired him. Too weird!

Then last weekend, we met our other neighbor. They've only lived in the country for 2 years, and have acquired 1 llama, 3 el pacas, 6 goats, 2 beautiful horses, a mini horse, 2 Angora Rabbits, 2 great peanease(beautiful dogs), and about 20 of these little yappie terrier dogs that she breeds, very expensive.

Now here's the thing, we've been wondering for weeks why in the heck would you want all of these animals. We found out that she SPINS YARN!!!! So cool. Like really, she combs or shaves the animals, then uses a spinning wheel to make yarn and knits cool stuff w/ it!!!! She told me she'd be happy to teach me! I'm excited about that for sure!!!

I really thinking I'm going to like it here.

BARACK OBAMA:

The chicken crossed the road because it was time for a CHANGE! The chicken wanted CHANGE!

JOHN MC CAIN:

My friends, that chicken crossed the road because he recognized the need to engage in cooperation and dialogue with all the chickens on the other side of the road.

HILLARY CLINTON:

When I was First Lady, I personally helped that little chicken to cross the road. This experience makes me uniquely qualified to ensure -- right from Day One! -- that every chicken in this country gets the chance it deserves to cross the road. But then, this really isn't about me......

 DR. PHIL:

The problem we have here is that this chicken don't realize that he must first deal with the problem on 'THIS' side of the road before it goes after the problem on the 'OTHER SIDE' of the road. What we need to do is help him realize how stupid he's acting by not taking on his 'CURRENT' problems before adding 'NEW' problems.

OPRAH:

Well, I understand that the chicken is having problems, which is why he wants to cross this road so bad. So instead of having the chicken learn from his mistakes and take falls, which is a part of life, I'm going to give this chicken a car so that he can just drive across the road and not live his life like the rest of the chickens.

GEORGE W. BUSH:

We don't really care why the chicken crossed the road. We just want to know if the chicken is on our side of the road, or not. The chicken is either against us, or for us. There is no middle ground here.

COLIN POWELL:

Now to the left of the screen, you can clearly see the satellite image of the chicken crossing the road...

ANDERSON COOPER - CNN:

We have reason to believe there is a chicken, but we have not yet been allowed to have access to the other side of the road.

JOHN KERRY:

Although I voted to let the chicken cross the road, I am now against it! It was the wrong road to cross, and I was misled about the chicken's intentions. I am not for it now, and will remain against it.

 NANCY GRACE:

That chicken crossed the road because he's GUILTY! You can see it in his eyes and the way he walks.

PAT BUCHANAN:

To steal the job of a decent, hardworking American.

MARTHA STEWART:

No one called me to warn me which way that chicken was going. I had a standing order at the Farmer's Market to sell my eggs when the price dropped to a certain level. No little bird gave me any insider information.

DR SEUSS:

Did the chicken cross the road? Did he cross it with a toad? Yes, the chicken crossed the road, but why it crossed I've not been told.

ERNEST HEMINGWAY:

To die in the rain. Alone.

JERRY FALWELL:

Because the chicken was gay! Can't you people see the plain truth?' That's why they call it the 'other side.' Yes, my friends, that chicken is gay. And if you eat that chicken, you will become gay too. I say we boycott all chickens until we sort out this abomination that the liberal media white washes with seemingly harmless phrases like 'the other side. That chicken should not be crossing the road. It's as plain and as simple as that.

GRANDPA:

In my day we didn't ask why the chicken crossed the road. Somebody told us the chicken crossed the road, and that was good enough.

BARBARA WALTERS:

Isn't that interesting? In a few moments, we will be listening to the chicken tell, for the first time, the heart warming story of how it experienced a serious case of molting, and went on to accomplish its life long dream of crossing the road.

ARISTOTLE:

It is the nature of chickens to cross the road.

JOHN LENNON:

Imagine all the chickens in the world crossing roads together, in peace.

 BILL GATES:

I have just released eChicken2007, which will not only cross roads, but will lay eggs, file your important documents, and balance your check book. Internet Explorer is an integral part of the Chicken. This new platform is much more stable and will never cra...#@&&^(C% .........reboot.

ALBERT EINSTEIN:

Did the chicken really cross the road, or did the road move beneath the chicken?

BILL CLINTON:

I did not cross the road with THAT chicken. What is your definition of chicken?

AL GORE:

 I invented the chicken!

COLONEL SANDERS:

Did I miss one?

DICK CHENEY:

Where's my gun?

AL SHARPTON:

Why are all the chickens white? We need some black chickens.

Well, I haven't been around much..  So much to do, so little time left!

We are all doing well.  Andrew is living in our new house, he moved in April 1st, and we really love it.  Every weekend we visit each other.  Swapping who drives, he was just here this last weekend because we had a family picnic to go to Sat.   So the boys and I are driving out there this weekend.  It takes about 3.5 hours.  Sometimes less depending on traffic.

I've been hanging in there.  You know, good days and bad days.   I feel like I'm just going through the motions now.   Get kids up for school, go to work/gym, kids come home, fix dinner, bed, and start all over the next day.   The weekends are very much looked forward to.

I've been spending Sundays fishing w/ the boys.  Haven't caught much.   We went to Morse Mill last week, and the river was just too high and fast.  But it was nice to get out of the house.

This is us fishing a  couple of weeks ago at Rockford Beach....   River is WAY HIGH!

Andrew used this one for bait!!!  LOL!

The other crazy thing is my cat had kittens 3 weeks ago!  That was pretty amazing.   The boys and I actually got to watch the birth!!!    Wow!   They are so cute too.  She had three but we lost one last week, it was really sad.  We buried it in my butterfly garden and planted a Dalhia over it.  It still bums me out.

But the other two are doing great.   Andrew took them up to the new house Sunday because they're starting to wander a bit too much.  And w/ 3 kids and 2 dogs running around, we felt it would be safer..  But before they left we took a couple of pics!  Actually, my youngest "B" took them, not too bad for an 8 y/o!

These are Gismo and Hammy(short for hamster cuz they looked like baby hamsters when they were born!  LOL!)

Too cute eh?!!!

My plan is we're going to get them all fixed and have them be our barn cats!   It should work out well.

Anyway, I thought I'd just say hey to everyone!!!

Hugs!

This is my blog..  To do with what I want.  To vent, to laugh, to scream, to WHATEVER!

This morning I was awake at 3am again.  But this time not worrying about our move and packing and painting and separation and all that which I worry about at 3am....

This time I was worrying about my friend, my neighbor for now.   She is stuck at home with her 4 kids, 9,7, and 5 y/o twins.  Her car is broken and she has no food in the house, or money with which to buy it.  WHY?    Because her husband is an idiot who wants to keep her chained to the house taking care of his kids while he stays out all night drinking and partying and spending all of his paycheck on Lord knows what!  One Friday he spent all but $100 of his $1,100 paycheck.   He said he was held up at gun point... OK!  Apparently this happens to him often.

She dropped out of HS to be w/ him and have his kids..  She has no skills as far as a job goes.  Apparently she worked at a pizza joint for awhile before they were married.  He's got her right where he wants her.   She feels she has no way out, no where to go, no help.

Yesterday she gave me her last $28 to pick up stuff for dinner and lunch today, because her husband was supposed to be home by 6:30pm and bring home more groceries.  Guess what!  He never came home last night.  Big surprise.

So I worried half the night.  What can I do?  Those kids deserve better than this.  Call DFS?  That would break her heart.  Not to mention the grandparents..  Who don't really know what's happening to their grandkids.  Call the grandparents?  She'd be mad at me, but it might be worth it.

Worrying about the fact that I don't have time for other people's problems.  Much less room to take in 4 more kids.  Thinking about how blessed I am, that I don't have problems like that.  I have a wonderful loving husband, and great kids, and food.      Course, I never would have put myself in that situation to begin with.   That's just my personality.

Finally after hours of worry, and coming up with a plan for my day...  I fell asleep.

This morning she told me that she called her Father-in-law and told him what was going on.   He is coming over today to go get her food.  And hopefully will come up w/ a plan to fix her car.     I'm so relieved.   Relieved that someone can help.  Relieved that it's not on my shoulders right now.  Does that make me a bad person?  I don't know, maybe to some degree I'm a bit selfish, I really don't have time for her issues.

We're moving, I have health issues to deal with right now.  We've made an offer on a new house, will they accept it?

Is it ok to focus on myself and my family when she's having so many problems?  sigh.

Well, sometimes it does help to put it all down on "paper" per se..

Never thought I'd see a day when I said I was tired of Sunshine!!!!

But here ya go! Andy and I spent the ENTIRE weekend painting the living room and kitchen Pale Sunshine. Along w/ a bit of Killz2 as primer... MAN we are so tired.

Andy started prepping and trim while I was at work Friday. It's amazing how much you have to do just to get a room ready to paint.

We stayed up till midnight Friday painting. I did the trim. Andy's discovered he HATES doing trim. I don't mind it. But dang! That was a heck  of a lot of trim to do in the living room! The reason I fell in love w/ this house is because of it's size. But DANG!

Got up Sat at 8am, and started again by 8:30. It took us all day. I started on the kitchen later in the day. You guessed it, prep and trim. sigh.

We finally called it quits by 8:30 pm. 12 straight hours of painting. We really didn't take any breaks either. It was more like, eat a slice of pizza while you're eyeing the walls to see if you missed something.

Sunday, same drill.. Andy painted the kitchen while I put the living room back together. It's amazing how much work it is to put a room back together! Especially when you pull down light fixtures to wash and stuff.

Yesterday we put the kitchen back together and started boxing up stuff in the youngest boys' room. Andy said he came up w/ 5 bags of trash! CRAZY! You know, stuff like McDs toys and missing pieces. less we have to move!

I had a doctor's appt, and had to go to the grocery and stuff that I couldn't do all weekend.

So now at this point, all we have left to paint is the laundry room, and our oldest son's room. If we paint that. It won't get done before the house starts showing, but at this point, I could care a less!

This moving stuff is hard work!

Andy is still due to arrive March 17 at our new base.  We've gone house hunting and found THE ONE.  It's a really nice 4 bedroom 2.5 bath on 5 acres near Sedalia.   Hopefully they'll accept our offer.  PLEASE LET THEM ACCEPT OUR OFFER!!!

Our house is officially on the market.  If anyone knows someone who'd be interested in a 3 bed 2 bath home on 1.5 acres, let me know!  It's a gorgeous lot(course I'm prejudice) and we have a HUGE garage.  AND the house is mostly freshly painted!^^^^^^^^  LOL!

My plan is to stay in the house until the BIG move, but if I have to I'll get an apartment for me and the boys until school's out.  Things are moving FAST now!

This last weekend was the youth hunt here in MO.   Our boys have never been hunting before.

So, Andrew and I took all three boys for the weekend at the "Deer Camp" Saturday morning, Andy took our middle son out across the farm, and I took the youngest up to the "condo" stand. The condo is a totally enclosed stand with windows and a heater. My youngest and I didn't see ANYTHING! But it was so awesome and exciting to be there.

The stand was a little scary. I'm a bit afraid of heights, and the ladder, if you can call it that, was tricky. It had rungs that were about 5 inches long sticking out of the metal frame. Once you get to the top, you have to figure out how to get on the platform.. My heart was beating SO fast! Anyway, after about 3 hours my son got bored so we headed back to the cabin.

And Andy soon turned up. No deer. But they did see 6 while they were out there. Including a 10 point buck! Andy said he was so excited he started breathing heavy.. LOL! But it ran before they could get a clean shot.

We spent the day doing the big breakfast thing, then sighting in the guns that Andy was going to use for the season.

That afternoon, he took our youngest to the same stand he was at earlier. We hung out at the cabin, took a walk, minded the fire. It was fun.

Finally, Andy comes back, and sure enough there was a deer on the back of the car! Andy and B were sitting up in the stand and got bored. Andy told him just a few more minutes. Finally they spotted a doe across the field and in the woods on the other side. Andy pointed it out to B, but there was no way the shot was a good one. The boys were using "the door stop", a 30/30. But Andy wanted B to see it.

So B sighted it in, and told Andy he wanted to take the shot. Andy told him no, it wasn't a good one. B kept insisting, please daddy. Finally, Andy said, what the hell, go ahead. B says he wants to wait for the wind to stop. It was crazy windy that day, and Andy said that due to the leaves on the trees at some points you couldn't see the deer because of the wind. B took a breath, and pow! Andy saw the deer go down! He told me his jaw just dropped! Andy asked B if the deer was down, and B yells, yeah! Hands Andy the gun and scrambles down the stand. Andy's yelling at him to wait up!!!

Turns out this doe was about 120 yards away, across that field and through the woods!!! An amazing shot. Andy said he never would have taken it w/ that gun. Maybe w/ the 300.

Talk about an exciting day! B was so proud. He was just walking around all day quiet w/ a big ole grin on his face. LOL! The only thing he asked was if he could get snack sticks from it. Crazy kids.

It was an amazing experience, and I can't wait until we can do it again!

Deer Camp!

Getting ready!

Breakfast time.

The "Condo"!

Deer pics inside!

Well, this is it.  Andy has gotten his orders to PCS.  (Perm Change of Station)  He got the orders yesterday at work.  He is due at Whiteman AFB.   I'm still  in shock I guess.  We've known this might happen for a couple of years now.  But now it's really gonna happen.

What does this mean for us?  Looking for a new house in an area we know nothing about, moving, transferring schools, all that jazz.   It's been suggested we list our house no later than Feb if we intend to move by next summer.  I just can't justify at this point pulling the boys out of school in the middle of the year.

Andy will have to find a place to stay there, because there is NO way we can do 2 mortgages.  On the plus side, I'm somewhat excited about a new adventure.  On the other side, I just don't have the motivation for the move.  ya know?

One nice thing, thanks to the internet leaving all your friends and family behind is no longer what it used to be!   ;)

It's that time of year!

My son attended his first homecoming dance last weekend. He was so handsome!

It got Andrew and I talking. I told him that I'd never been to a homecoming dance or any other dance for that matter in high school. Well, I went to prom, but I had a b/f at the time and it was just understood that we'd go together.

Andrew couldn't believe me! I told him, well, I'd never been asked to one. "NEVER?"!! never.

He absolutely couldn't believe that. LOL! He told me it was because I went to private school, if I'd gone to public school the boys would've been ALL over me asking me out every weekend. rolling eyes.

But it got me wondering... What was your first dance? Did you go w/ friends or actually get asked to one?

Mine was prom. My boyfriend and I actually went DUTCH! My idea!(dumb I know!) But we both went to the same school, and I figured that if we were asking people from other schools we'd be paying for 2 people. So I told him we should both pay our own way. He was all about that!!! LOL! It was actually an awful night. It was my 18th B-day, and he didn't even get me a card. Said he'd spent too much money already.... ON HIS HALF! WTF?

Anyway, how 'bout you?

This past week has got me thinking about money.  Imagine that?!  LOL!  I know we've discussed this before, but I'm really curious.  How little can you get away w/ spending on groceries?

Today I have $50 to spend on groceries.  I should be able to buy enough for at least 6 dinners, cereal, lunch meat, hot dogs etc..   And no one in my family will starve.

Some of the tricks I use, making double batches for left overs.  Like spaghetti, talk about a cheap meal!  And yummy! Chili, my boys love that!  Meatloaf, is good for sandwiches the next day.

Home made stuff, from scratch like the home made pizza I made the other night.  Bulk items like frozen chicken breasts.

What are some of your cheap tricks?  LOL!

Or just my life?

For the past year we've struggled.  Never enough money to get through the week.  Today is Wed, and we're tapped.  I get paid Friday, but will it be enough for a weeks worth of groceries AND gas money?  Probably not.  This week, I'll scrounge the freezer for dinner.  I've got some chicken tenders, and 2 frozen pizzas.   I think there's a dear roast in there too.

Andy and I have talked about me getting a second job.  But he's not too happy that I might have to work weekends.  Which is worse?  No money, or no weekends?

I worry that my kids will worry about food, so I don't show them how worried I am.  They're too young to have that kind of stress.  It's our burden to carry, not theirs.

I keep saying I'm going to go through all of our stuff, and have a yard sale.  Maybe that would make some extra cash.  We're going to be moving next year anyway, and it'd be nice to get rid of most of it before we move.

Yeah, Andy finally got his paperwork this week for our transfer.  Maybe that's got me down too.  I haven't had to move in 10 years.  You acquire  a lot of crap in 10 years.

I need to motivate and plan for this but every time I tell myself to just do it, I get bummed out and don't feel like doing anything.

I'm so tired of this cycle.  There's gotta be a way to break free from this.  I am capable of more than just existing!   I've gotta be.  For my husband, for my kids, for myself.

Today I'm going to get showered and dressed, clean up my living room, and go get a paper.  I hate job hunting, but maybe someone will have some part time work for me somewhere.

Andrew will be getting home tonight from Virginia.  I can't wait!   Yesterday was our 14th anniversary, and it was kind of a bummer.  I've been trying to get everything in order for his return.

The kids were definitely NOT helpful last night, but I was able to get the grass cut before they got home.   We have 1.5 acres, luckily I only have to do about 3/4 of it.  But we don't have a riding lawn mower so it took me about an hour and a half.  You should have seen me, I was jumping every 5 seconds thinking there was a snake!   And it was just a stick or a leaf.   Silly, but after last week one can't be too careful!

One really nice thing, Andrew sent me a card and I got it yesterday.  With all the technology we sometimes forget how really cool Snail Mail is!  LOL!

Today will be spent finishing up cleaning the house, and hoping he doesn't get home too late.  I think we're looking at about 10 tonight.

Thanks for all your thoughts the last couple of weeks!

If you've been keeping up w/ me this week, you know that my g/f's daughter had a spider bite.  She's 7 years old, and she was admitted to the hospital today.  They don't know what bit her.  But her foot swelled up, they said it's probably a spider bite w/ a bacteria infection, and they want to monitor her progress.  She's on an IV and just miserable.

Here's the strange thing though.  My g/f told me that there are 3 kids there w/ the same thing.  A bug bite, w/ swelling and a bacteria infection.   And they don't know what it is.   Kind of scary.

Anyway thanks.

7 more days!!! It's crazyness. Last night wasn't too crazy other than not getting home until 7 pm and trying to cook two separate dinners(dieting sucks!)  w/ kids running in the kitchen to tell me about their day...  Here's today so far..

The doctor this morning was running an hour and 15 minutes late, so I missed my training session at the gym.  Went to my oldest's IEP meeting, but only 2 out of 6 teachers showed! He's missing assignments everywhere. Andy is mad. So we need to make tons of phone calls in order to get him back on track. Gotta love it.

I've been trying to "fall clean" my living room.  I do this every spring and fall.  So I'm picking up stuff in the living room and splash!  I step in 2 gallons of dog pee!!  Nice.  So I get some paper towels to clean it up.  Come to find out, the kids knew it was there for most of the day!   But none cleaned it up or told me.  great.

I noticed it was getting warm in the house, so I went to open more windows..  Now of course, I chose one that hasn't been opened ALL summer!   I lift it up, and surprise!!!!   A million ants fall out of the bottom of the window along with a million more eggs!  I'm screaming for my son to get the spray, and I slam the window back down.  Too late, they're everywhere.  I'm spraying like crazy, and yelling like it's my kids fault!   It's ok, they already know I'm crazy!

Then of course, my g/f showed up at my door 30 minutes ago, she thinks her daughter has a spider bite between her toes. So she asked me to watch her other 3 boys so she can go to Urgent Care. sigh. I normally wouldn't mind, but her one twin is a nightmare child, no kidding.

And to top it off I have this gigantic zit in the middle of my back.. And it hurts like hadies.. Thing is, now that her girl has a spider bite, I'm worried. What if that's what mine is? The top or head is as big as a pea, and the red surrounding it is as large as a quarter!!! Can zits get that big??!!!! ACK,. And to make matters worse! I can't really see it, just feel it! It really hurts.

Oh yeah! AND the water guy came by. He said we went from using 3,000 gallons last month to 11,000 this month!!!! So we must have a leak somewhere. So I'm running around the house frantic trying to check for a leak.. Come to find out, the kids left the hose running Monday night, when our dog was bit by the copper head(see other blog!). And the nozzle doesn't turn all the way off!!!!   No kidding, no one else but me for sure!  I'm serious, you can't make this stuff up!

So now I'm going to spend the evening googling pics of spider bites and making frozen pizza!  Screw the diet!  I'll start again AFTER Andy gets home!!!!

Put THIS to music and I could be famous, eh? Andy left last week to go TDY to Virginia.  He's gone until the 19th.  Now I'm not a supersticious person, but as long as we've been married, every time he leaves the stuff hits the fan if you know what I mean?

Wed and Thurs went fairly well..  Then the weekend...   Our oldest son's lens on his glasses fell out, at dusk, in the rain, in the woods.  We were out there w/ flashlights for an hour.  Forgetaboutit!

Then Saturday, I was helping my bosses w/ a business block party open house thingy all day, blowing  up balloons and all that, During all that I had to get two different kids to two different Birthday parties, then get back to help clean up..  And it rained all day and only a couple of people showed up..   sigh .

Sunday, I couldn't get a hold of Andy all morning and was getting really worried.  He finally answered the phone and I found out the reason he didn't answer..   Let's put it this way it isn't pretty, and a whole other blog!

Monday, I over slept, and my oldest was late for school, my middle child(actually a girl I babysit for) was late for the bus, at least I got the youngest off ok.   I did stuff around the house, ran to the eye glasses place, trained at the gym at 1pm, Had to get my oldest from school to go to his bi-annual doctor's appt all the way up in the big city.  Love that traffic on 270.  My girlfriend came over w/ her 4 kids, yeah 4 kids, to watch my youngest 3 kids..

I finally got home, and all the kids were running around outside yelling Jo my g/f comes running up yelling a snake!   Her husband had come over to help.  The kids found a snake in the woods in  a hole, and her husband was rasling with it to kill it.  He shoved a stick up the hole, and the snake raced out of another hole right into my black lab and bit her.  Yes, it was a 2 foot copperhead, and yes her husband killed it.

I called the vet, and they wanted to see her right away.  So I took her and the dead snake, along w/ my g/fs husband to the vet.  They gave her 2 shots, and said she should be ok.  The dr said he's never seen a dog die of a copperhead bite, it will swell up really bad, and be really painful for awhile.  But she'll be fine. The vet and all the assistants at the clinic were fascinated by the snake, so they put it in their freezer to keep..  ok.

Finally about 7 pm last night I got home, and was able to eat the  cold taco I picked up at the bell on the way home from the original doctor.  Today I'm working ALL day, and believe it or not, I'm really looking forward to it!

Tomorrow I only have 1 doctor's visit, my youngest may be getting his tonsils removed.  And an appointment w/ my oldest teachers for a new IEP.  Andy won't be home for another 8 days.  LOL!  What the heck else can happen?

I can't wait to party Friday, this week is taking FOREVER!!!

Looks like we've got one in the family!

This afternoon Andrew decided to teach the boys about the muzzle loader.   Hunting season is just around the corner.      All the boys took a turn, but Breandan, our youngest (just turned 8) is definitely in the lead...   Check out his first and only shot on the target!   Andrew tried to show him up, but I don't know...  Maybe we need to check into competitions for Breandan.  He's a winner for sure!   E

My husband and I have been married for 14 years, and have 3 boys. I work part time as a receptionist for a Chiropractor, and I have to say, I LOVE MY JOB! On my days off, I love hanging out at the river, and my new hobby fishing. I also sew on the side, odd jobs and such. I'm hoping to get back into crafting now that the kids are back in school.
