Why in the world doesn't Clinton concede already?!!

Seriously, is she THAT dense?  It's obvious what the majority of America wants in a Dem candidate!!!!

I will state right now, I am not a Hillary fan. I think there are numerous reasons why she won't quit. Watching different pieces on the news and focus groups, there are no major differneces between Hillary or Obama. Obama has personality over Hillary.

Hillary had her eye on getting back into the White House before she left as first lady. So she became a Senator from New York, New York has more exposure rather than go back to her home state.

Hillary's ego was built up in 2004 to run for President but she couldn't. She doesn't like defeat so she didn't want to go against Bush. If she would have run she would have lost her Senate Seat and she needed to hold onto that.

Hillary has a thirst for power and control. She wants to go down in the history books as the first female to take the office. This will be Hillary's turn to kick Bill around and him in the background with her in the spotlight.

Hillary is a sore loser so she can't quit.

This is how Hillary comes across to me.

I agree with Kadas, but to add to what he said, she still believes she can win.

Don't kid yourself. If she falls further and further behind, she will do everything in her power to make sure the Florida and Michigan delegates get included.

She will fight to the bitter end for this nomination, regardless of what "the people" want.

The American people have already given a giant hint that the Clinton-worship era is over, but neither of them will admit it ... ever ..... she still has a slight chance of winning, so her ego hangs on .... if she loses, she and Bill will continue to fight for a spotlight 'til the end of time .... similar to the Gore situation .... amazing to me that their followers can't see how phony these two are ...........

Most people born after 1978 really don't understand the term social programs, cuz Reagan dissolved most of them. But if you think this war is costing a lot of money. We were in a reccession in the 80s due to Government spending, related to social programs.

It took deregulating of industries, transportation, and the like to put this country back on it's feet.NAFTA was created by Reagan and Bush SR. HOWEVER THEY DID NOT PUSH IT THOUGH BECAUSE OF HOW IT WAS WRITTEN.

Clinton pushed it though after he put his changes on it. Which were no where near good enough. Nobody can change congress and if you believe that you really need to study U.S history a little more and, mid evil history a little less..

NOBODY CAN CHANGE WASHINGTON. PERIOD. So I really don't care which one of these democrats, is nominated. Both are selling swamp land.

First of all, what if someone in Texas wants to support Hillary? For that matter, what if I had wanted to support Biden? Hillary doesn't have nearly the deficit that Huckabee does to overcome and he's still in it.

I don't support Hillary, but don't these candidates have a responsibility to the people who work hard in local campaigns, donate their time and money, to fight as hard as they can for as long as they can for the nomination? And if it threatens the candidate of your choice, then make your voice heard, volunteer for your candidate, etc. It's easy to tell the other guy to quit. Someone better tell Huckabee, then, too.

It is still close. The trends at the moment are towards Obama, but as with all politics that can change in a heart beat. Same as with Huckabee, he is holding on by the skin of his fingernails and will not quit.
Can you say egotistical?

McCane is old, in his 70's. Clinton's are 60 hippies. Both of them are part of the Washington DC people.

Don't know about the rest of you, but, we need a younger, person. Obama He has the younger people excited about our government and our country.

He doesn't express his opinions on things like pro-life-pro-choice. Iraq.

I think he knows that he would be the president over everyone. Our children, women and men, everyone.

AMOM,Both these democrats are selling swamp land in my opinion. Clinton had a shot at reforming health care and failed. Obama claims He will change Washington, ANYONE that took a U.S history class in high school, knows that won't happen. So then theres McCain. I am not as worried about his age, as his policy's especially those that deal with immigration reform outside of that, and if he takes Huckbee with him or Romney. I am on board.

I just hope that who-ever gets in, will be in there for us. The jobs need to be brought back home. Immigration must be stopped. We have so many people here now, and they need to fix their own country, and STOP having so many kids; kids they cannot support.

Obama gives a great speech, but Hillary was voted most likely to stop at nothing to get the nomination. If you remember the last dynamic, young Democrat to seek the nomination you might remember his last words were 'Now it's on to Chicago, and let's win there.'
The entire process went to hell in a handbasket. And it stayed there. I still say they are all crooks at this stage of the game. If I really thought Obama could deliver, I'd be behind him 1000%. Hillary promised health care with Bill's campaign, sent a plan to congress, knowing it would fail, just so he could say he tried. Never made another mention of it until she decided to run for office. It's a hoax! She's a con-artist. The republicans don't have my respect either so don't think I'm favoring one party. I am a Democrat at heart. Their pro-death abortion policy is the ONLY thing that separates the two. Is it different than killing adult soldiers? At least the soldier has a chance, and a say in his choice.

The only reason obama is where he is , is because both parties are scared to death of him. His speaches say nothing, he commits to nothing.

It's all about race, and they are scared to death to say anthing about him because someone would twist it into racism!

No body else stands a chance...watch.

God I hope I'm wrong.

She is not that dense - the dense one is Obama and his followers. They are not listening to what he is saying, they are not looking at issues, they are not checking how he voted - like all of the "present" because he could not make up his mind if it should be yes or no and these young people from college have not any idea of the real world but believe they will find out in a hurry if they vote for Obama. He has destroyed southern Illinois because he does not know anything south of Chicago is still Illinois. He can not take care of 1 state what do you think he will do with 50 - give them to Iran because he can not handle them???? ONLY AN IDIOT WOULD VOTE FOR OBAMA. Try to get in touch with him with issues - like AMEREN, storms, and he NEVER RESPONDS but the other congressmen do like Durbin, Hoffman and Costello. Obama has his head up Oprah's BOOGY and getting money from the slum lords in Chicago to do any good any where else.

dannbetty: The president of the United States is the president of EVERYBoDY. The pro-life, the pro-choice, men, women, all races, all life-styles, children, adults, old people, everyone.

Their job is to keep everyone safe. Get the economy going, make sure we can all work and support our families.

They have a bigger job than to look at individuals and make judgements.

Etta: I think he will actually out-do himself as president because he is making history, being the first African, American to become President of the United States.

two: He has a stable home -life, which will give him more time to devote to the duties as president.

I don't believe that he would do anything that would embarrass our country like Clinton did.

three: His wife seems to me to be comfortable with the duties that she will have as first-lady.

Four: He has small children so he understands how important it is to leave this country in a better shape than he found it for our children.

five: He seems to be able to pull people together, has great communication skills and knowns how to use them.

six: I think that he will know how to pick the right people for the jobs that are necessary in running our government.

I think that he can do the job and do a good job running this country.

He doesn't have a lot of garbage in his back-ground like the Clinton's.

Just my opinion.

I sure hope he does a good job, because I really think that he will be our next president. He really had a big job on his hands. Economy, education, safety.

I have just started reading, "The Gift of Fear"
A great book to read. It really drives home the mess our justice system is in and the way our country is becoming more and more dangerous.

Such as: Anyone given the death penalty chances are much greater that they will die a natural death long before they are put to death.

Our crime rate is so much higher than in any other country.

Obama hasn't done much for Illinoisans unless you are from north of I-80. Like most Chicagoland politicians they take care of their buddies. Just as Bush did Obama will also.

Now, with McCain I cannot see that happening as much and with Hillary - she wouldn't dare "take care of her friends" ... because they have all endorsed Obama.

I say....GO HILLARY!

My husband and I have been married for 14 years, and have 3 boys. I work part time as a receptionist for a Chiropractor, and I have to say, I LOVE MY JOB! On my days off, I love hanging out at the river, and my new hobby fishing. I also sew on the side, odd jobs and such. I'm hoping to get back into crafting now that the kids are back in school.
