should the HULA MAN be punished?

i was just wondering what other people thought. should the hula man be punished for

his actions? if so, what would be the right punishment? he seems to be the kind of

person that won't take real responsibility for his actions. what do you all think?

I am the proud mother of a teenager and I just got married in April of 2006. I love to eat, walk, talk and look at tv. I'm usually off to myself, but most people think I'm a goofball. Nothing wrong with making people laugh I say.
