Well, it didn't fair well. Cost me $200.00 in the "blanking" court. Conviently the Chief did not recall our conversations. I was sited for missing the first court date, warrant was issued, that he supposedly changed for me. Had to post bond of $300.00!

Fines: $100.00 bucks for missing court date, $24.50 in court costs and $75.50 in fines. Can you imagine what they do in traffic court?! And I've been a resident since 1982!!!!

In order to recoup my losses, I'm not shopping there any more. I'll go out of my way to shop elsewhere!

I'd avoid St. Ann's, but if you must, be careful! Now they are putting up cameras at three intersections!

I'd better shut up to avoid any ill feelings from them to me.

Speedy: For your information the ordinance was 220.050. Van was not disabled. It was awaiting sale. It ran. It had insurance. And would have passed inspection.

What a year! Lateral line replacement right at Christmas. Walgreen's screwing up prescriptions. Hassled by St. Ann over a van with expired tags. Where do I begin?

Walgreens can't fill prescriptions right. I'm tired of fixing their mistakes. Now they want me to return vials cause the tech filled it wrong. Jesse Louise.

Tried to be nice and sell my van to a couple who was waiting for a tax return. Got a ticket for having it in my driveway with expired tags. Tried to get an extension, but no dice. Had to call the Chief of Police for help. Now I can't find the title. If it weren't for bad luck...and I still have to go to court. They can't even tell me how much the fine is.

Too many things going on to post new stuff. It has calmed down and I have a chance to vent.

Things are quiet on the CB/Ham radio news. Sunspots and DXing not good. Went to the Hamfest in October. Many things for sale for the radio nut. I was selling, not buying, this time. Talk to me on 31 am or 10 meter. I'm on the air most every day and evening.

Where do I start? Stop the violence. Start the Cardinal rebuilding. Stop asking us to vote for tax increases. Out of the 10,000 people in Saint Ann, only about 225 came out to vote. How could they approve a utility tax increase? They use the "scare tactics" to get it approved. Oh, you'll lose services and police and we can't get a new police car. The Mayor has given away too many tiffs to Northwest Plaza. What about the $40,000 spent on a steady for a shopping plaza at Geraldine and St. Charles Rock Road? Someone already did that and wanted to develope that site and they said NO.

Well, good for Local 509. Now it's up to Local 788 to get that contract for Metro Call-A-Ride drivers.

I think Fred106 is crazy! $100 for an Icom radio?! Sorry about no hat. I was eating and my wife makes me take it off. Something about manners at the dinner table.

It's grocery shopping Thursday. Gotta stock the fridge, do laundry and dishes then make dinner tonite.

Sick of watching Devlin TV. If only ALL the justice system worked that fast and got it done.

We still have more than a year to go till the elections. I'm sick of the BS that is being thrown around and the candidates waffling. When will someone step up and address the problems with real answers?!

One more thing... Where is the union for these bus drivers? Same lazy bunch that reps for Bi-State. They (Bi-State Call-A-Ride drivers) have been working without a contract for 4 years!
