I never heard of Pork Stakes till I moved here,I had one and I fell in love. I love em so much with or without BBQ Sauce MMMMMMMMM.

YUMMM........PORK STEAKS! Fall-off-the-bone tender--------ok, now I'm hungry LOL

Pork Steaks, ribs, hot dogs, brauts, burgers, any type of fish and veggies. It is all good. Charcoal or gas, don't matter. If it is cooked outside, preferably by the bank of a river it is good.

What isn't good on the grill??

I also live in Sullivan and have found that the pork steaks at that large superstore aren`t half as good as the ones from the grocery store that is in the middle of town. They have less fat, and are usually the same price, plus they often have locally grown meat and produce. The sauce, it has to be thick, smokey, sweet, tangy, and homemade.
