As this mess is sorted out and the sewage of this wall street  Bail Out sticks to the ones who created it. I am interested in how they will blame this on Democrats. I would be willing to stake my farm on it being republicans crawling out from under this and also getting the most benefit of this BAIL OUT MONEY.I bet Bush's buddies are waiting with baited breath for their check, while those of us who struggle every day fight to feed our families and keep the roof over us.Thanks Republicans, I hope you get some time off soon to spend that great cash we are opening a vain to give you.I hope the Trips you got from AIG, and Lehman Brothers, and the rest were the best. It bought us Pain and Poverty. Can't wait until Bush's puppet messes up everything for as long as he can.

I am so sorry for all that have lost their ways of life, homes, momentos, and sense of safety and well being.The shame of it all is but for some government funds the Mississippi Valley is left to fend for themselves.1993 I worked to move people I knew out of the flood zones, this year I worked to shore up not only water barriers but emotional ones too.I hope that all effected are able to come through this with the strong backbone that the midwest is famous for.

It is time now to start the healing in the St Louis Archdiocese.There have been hurt feelings and Many people I know leaving the Catholic Church.I wish the best for Arch Bishop and hope that he has a Great Future.I just know he was not the best fit for St Louis.I hope that the Holy Father will pray and meditate and God will show him the LIGHT.There is a Leader out there for St Louis, Just wait God will bring him home!

I am a born and raised St Louis Boy, I went to High School just blocks from AB at Visual and Performing Arts H.S. and on those warm days the windows were open we could smell what was happening at the Brewery.I hope that if this goes though that there will be enough people STRONG enough to walk away from their products FOREVER.Drink up my friends, I am afraid that the new AB products will leave a BAD AFTERTASTE !

I am guessing that we are not meant to heal. Justice recently delivered in the Sgt's  wrongful death and now we hang our heads and morn the death of 5 more in Kirkwood.These deaths are a sign that violence is what is within reach of small minds. Acting out and killing ANYONE is NEVER RIGHT!This as with the Sgt's death are acts of COWARDS.My Prayers are with All those that have felt loss today.Please let us all learn from this!Violence is never the answer.LOVE IS WHAT GOD TEACHES, LOOK IT UP!

I truly pains me that I am not surprised by the behavior of those that wish to represent St Louis. Loud booing and drowning out the Mayor of the city is not the way to get people to take you with any serious consideration. I drove in from Troy MO. to stand next to people that have lived the struggle only to find myself in the midst of a bunch of 10 year olds. Dr King believed in quiet but strong opposition to those he believed to be wrong. I have never seen in the footage of him, Dr King acting like an animal and making noises. You all have strong feelings,and the place to express them is in the voting booth, not the celebration of such a great and PEACEFUL man. I am ashamed of your actions, and sorry for your choice to show your lack of maturity!

I am sending out a Warm Wish of a Happy Safe Comfortable Thanksgiving. I hope that everyone gets enough to eat and is surrounded by love and laughter. I hope that for a bit today EVERYONE gets to feel PEACE and can start to bring that peace into their everyday lives. This year I am asking Santa for 1 thing, That there is enough Love to go around this Christmas and in fact we have too much and have to pack and ship the extra to places in the world that seem to be without it.Happy Thanksgiving St Louis, and Safe and Happy Holidays to you all.I am proud of my home town, You should be too.Tim

My faith in Human Kind has been renewed. I hear you saying "What did it Tim?"
Well let me fill you in, sitting in my home and watching the Laywers representing Michael Devlin (one in desperate need of lips) talk about their preperations to clog the area courts with as many tricks and clouds of smoke they could pull from their bags in order to take attention from the fact that Mr Devlin has RUINED the lives of two young men (that we have evidence of) and try to free him to strike again.
Instead one or more of them has awakened with the thought "Let's tell the truth, and pay the price". The price that will never be enough, but honesty will go a long way to save Devlin's soul, and knock some of the smut off the Lawyers souls.
Can we hope that now, maybe, there will come a flood of realizing that honesty and honor are two qualities that are endangered. I hope that more people will just do what is right in place of doing what is easy!
I look toward the horizon, my wish a simple one. There is not a fight in every situation, some just call for HONESTY. I wish it is not lost on others!

I just want to tell you that you all are backing the wrong person, JUST BECAUSE HE IS BLACK!
Ex-Chief George disobeyed a Direct Order. With his denying the promotions in the first place he cost 5 people 2 of which were black and 1 woman all that time of lost salaries.
I have worked in many jobs, and have NEVER been able to refuse a direct order. Why should he be exempt of the rules? You seem to say that because he is black he shouldn't have to listen, and then get to defy his superiors. I say all he had to do was make the promotions and then work to change the test. I would be interested in seeing what was considered Racialy Biased.
I have been tested many times in my working career ans I was never given a "Special Test" becuase I have native American Blood, or because I am dyslexic, or because I have green eyes.
I was supposed to KNOW THE WORK if I wanted to pass! NO ONE in my life fought to get me a test "Dummed Down" for my race or disabilities!
Fight for ALL PEOPLES RIGHTS and you will find that racisim loses its power.
I hope that you spend energy fighting for the rights of someone that was WRONGLY Demoted, not a man that thought the rules didn't apply to him.

I see that you have once more DELETED some of the story, in the paper the woman in the SUV was taking her son and other reletives to BUY FIREWORKS. So she is NOT THAT worried about the saftey of her son.
Last I checked Fireworks are ILLEAGLE in St Louis County, and they are a danger even to adults that use them.
But I digress, The Police had gotten the call that there was a shooting and I am sorry that her SUV matched the one the call came out about and she was inconvienced and kept from buying her FIREWORKS. But what is it you all expect, you yell about the crime. You yell about percieved inaction by officals in all jobs. When the police are once more "JUST DOING THE JOB WE ASK OF THEM" they get in trouble. Shame on you!
Fox 2 you are as Bad as she is by putting this on the evening news.
If she REALLY just wants an "I'm sorry" from the Police Department then I say She should get it.
But....Sniff sniff....Gee smell a law suit!
Thats it a payday for her and less resources for another city, No wonder our officers are paid less than Gas Station Attendants.
I hope you don't need those same officers one day, they might have been let go and the department disolved just to pay you!
