I just returned from Hawaii and experienced one of the biggest thrills of my life.  I went on the Skyline Eco Adventure tour.  This is the first zipline tour ever estabilished in the U.S.  Troy and Charles, our guides, were hilarious, informative and awesome at calming all of us down.  Prior to this I had gone skydiving so I wasn't too scared.  The view with the Ka'anapali tour was second to none.  We were zipping over waterfalls, through beautiful greenery.  It simply was amazing.  I highly recommend this as an event for your Maui vacation.  Go to  www.zipline.com for more information and be sure to ask for Troy and Charles...they call themselves the "B Team". LOL

This brings me to my question, what is the craziest thing you have ever done?

The most adventurous I have ever done was at age 12..My cousin and me decided to take his boat without any adult on the sandusky river..We pushed it out jumped in and the relised we had no paddles..

We were told NOT to get wet so we threw the ancor out front of the boat and pull to get us to go..We finaly made it to a small island but the water was at least wast deep and we could not get wet..

My cousin said remember the Tarzan movie how tarzan got across that river using the tree...So we ended up climbing a tree got on a branch go across to dry land...

Well my cousin whent first he made it no problem I was way less lighter so I then whent got half way across and heard a crack then another...Well then it was a big splash yep that branch broke undeer me...

I was laghing so hard I could not even climb out the water..We walked back to his house and when we got there we both was in trouble..

We took the boat without any adult I was soken wet and we was late for dinner..But when I got home I got punsh agin din't seem fair that I got punshed twice LOL..

Parasailing is about as crazy of a thing as I've ever done. I would like to go up in a balloon though. That would be sooooooooo cool.

I went parasailing at Ft Meyers Beach, Fla. Don't you love how quiet it is up there, Lady? I loved it and I don't really care for heights. I was up higher than the arch.. yikes.. lol

Um...running outside at Creve Coeur Park -- wearing shorts -- on that afternoon last month when the temp was 70 degrees at 2pm, and by 3pm it had dropped into the 30's or lower, given the 47 mph wind chill affect. Being too far from the car to turn back when the temps nosedived -- and determined to do the full loop -- I continued and found myself running in rain, pea-size hail, snow and sleet. After an hour of that I nearly had to run straight into an E.R. with borderline frostbite and hypothermia. Not smart by any means but definately adventurous and, dare I admit it, exhilerating. Next time I'll heed Dave Murray's warning and bring some pants!

Aside from my work at Fox 2, I am also the host of The Health & Fitness show on KMOX Sundays from 1-3pm. I have been the Head Fitness Trainer at Riverchase of Fenton for almost 9 years. I also write a health article for Streetscape Magazine in St. Charles. As for my personal hobbies, some of my greatest passions in life all relate to music. I have been singing and dancing since I was 3. I have also been an athlete since I was a kid, excelling in the sports of soccer, softball and basketball. I am extremely close to my family and miss my father daily. We lost him September 12th 1995. He and my mom would dance and you would think it was poetry in motion. My mother is one of my dearest friends, I have two brothers and a sister, all of whom are older. I am blessed to have many friends and acquaintances. I also love animals and have a beautiful dog named Kyra, who just turned 8 in September. I also adopted Kailei from the Humane Society of Monroe County in May of 2007, she is an amazing puppy. She is being trained by Casey and Shelly Ray with Team Dog St. Louis. I swear they are just like Cesar Milan, The Dog Whisperer. They even have their own little pack :-). Give me my family, friends, a great man that I fall in love with, pets, music, sports, a nice restaurant, a good martini and a sharp sports car and I could live forever! :-) LOL. Thanks for reading.
