1: People BOOGEDY about gas prices and still drive 90 miles an hour.

I guess they don't realize that slower means better gas mileage...

Example: I-270 or anywhere in Illinois

2: People buy things they never use.

LIKE TURN SIGNALS!! The rest of us aren't mind readers, we don't know what
    you're gonna do.

Example; Just look out your windshield. They don't use em to change lanes and
They don't use them to turn.

3: People know what lane they have to be in and still run to the end to cut in front of
everyone who's been sitting there for 10 minutes.

Example: Northbound 55 to get on the PSB or getting off the PSB to 55 or 44

4:  People who don't use they're headlights when it's rain, snowing, sleeting, foggy or
just plain DARK. Truck drivers can't see you in your silver Mercedes when it's
raining and there's spray on the road.

Example: Just look wherever it's raining anywhere in the country

That's just a few...more to come.

Why is congress wasting their time with steroids in baseball? They
don't have anything better to do? Like vote themselves a raise or
something? It's up to baseball to clean itself up...it's NOT a
government matter. Some senator with some balls should put a stop to it

I work some funky shifts, mostly 2nd(4-midnight). I dont get to watch much TV. I came home the other night early, about 9, sat down in the chair and turned on the TV. I was waiting till 10 so I could watch Seinfeld. Sure, I've seen them all, but that's not the point. I find that Fox2 has more news at 10. I guess the 5-9 am repeating news wasn't enogh, or maybe it was the 11 am news or MAYBE, just MAYBE, it was the 5-6:60 pm news. How much repeating news do we need? The important stuff is over in the 1st 15 minutes and then repeat it. Sounds like CNN Headline News where that stupid little ticker shows all the news over and over and over. That's why I've gone back to reading the paper, online or in print, I only have to read it once...

This is not something I've seen on the news, but I would like an answer to it. As a trucker, I am all over the place and see lots of things. One of the things I see is developers building houses right next to the interstate, which is fine. Then, a year or two later, the right lane of the interstate is shut down for six months for the building of sound bariiers. I want to know who pays for those barriers. I'm sure the home owners realize it's going to be noisy next to the highway, they wouldn't cry about the noise and have OUR tax dollars used to build them, would they? This is one for Elliott Davis.

When I see the news helicopter following Anna Nicole's hearse, I wonder if the anchors reporting it feel as stupid as I do watching it? This goes for a lot of other stories, too. I think I would rather see commercials than have FOX fill in with that kind of stuff.
