Traffic
I was just reading yet another story about a accident in a work zone. A Illinois State Trooper was rear ended on the Poplar Street Bridge last night while protecting a work zone. Well the woman who hit him going 70mph of course had no insurance. Since I live in Illinois I know the woman will lose her license if convinced under the new insurance law and that we also have the largest fines for speeding/accidents in a work zone but they don't seem to be stopping people from doing either. What do you think?
