One in six men will get prostate
cancer sometime in his life.
For African Americans, it's one in
four, but if found early, the survival rate is nearly one-hundred percent.

A proposal to ban cell phone use while driving in Town and Country is expected to be read at the board of alderman’s meeting Monday night. If it passes, Town and Country will be the first city in Missouri to outlaw cell phones while driving. Part of the reason for the ordinance here in Town and Country is the recent deadly crash where a tractor trailer smashed into numerous cars. The driver is believed to have been on his cell phone.

School districts are having a tough time with funding the three R's: reading, writing, and arithmetic. In some cases, when the budget is tight, music education is the first to go. Anheuser-Busch Buyout

Most people in the St. Louis area don't own shares or work for
the brewery, but some still tried to have their voices heard with grassroots
efforts like rallies and petitions.
While
many white collar jobs at Anheuser-Busch are in jeopardy, many blue collar jobs
will be safe as long as their beers keep selling. While many are willing to
keep drinking Bud, they certainly aren't as hesitant to change as they used to
be before the sale.

Miley Cyrus appeared topless in a 'Vanity Fair' photo shoot.
The picture is a bit racy but some argue you can't see anything but her back. Miley says she's now embarrassed by the photo.
"I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be 'artistic' and now,
seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed," Cyrus said
Sunday in a statement through her publicist. "I never intended for any of this
to happen and I apologize to my fans who I care so deeply about."
