School districts are having a tough time with funding the three R's: reading, writing, and arithmetic. In some cases, when the budget is tight, music education is the first to go. But one of St. Louis' up-and-coming performers says music education shouldn’t be cut. Erin Bode Sounds Off about says she's the perfect example of why music programs should be kept in the curriculum.
