JC Corcoran - Is Downtown Development Fast Enough?

The Lumiere Casino and Four Seasons Hotel is scheduled to open in downtown St. Louis on December 19th. Tuesday night, FOX 2's JC Corcoran of K-Hits 96 wonders whether "enough" is being done downtown to get ready for 2009.

They are waiting for some more of our tax dollars so they will have money to buy some 2 by 4's.....
