2-3 week route 66 trip continued up route 1 (Pacific Coast Hwy) stopping at every place I did not spend enough time at in past trips. To revisit my past, show my daughter what I did in my youth and document the events.

I'm making lots of plans to, but who knows what the funds will actually allow.

I want to take a two-week trip down south: my cousin and I want to drive down to stay with my family in Texas for a week or so, and stop in and visit Jessica in Kansas for a few days.

And then mine and Casey's trip to Chicago, hopefully for Lollapalooza in August!

If I can afford it, it should be a fun summer.....

Can't afford to go anywhere this year. But if i could, it would definitly be to Colorado. Wish I lived there. Ever time I've been to the Rockies, I felt like I was home where I belong . Got extra room for my daughter and I? You can just drop us off in Greeley where my sister lives. LOL

Lots of campgrounds, B&B's, guest ranches etc...all within an hour or so from the st louis area...mine's one of them! As for me a vacation....not sure yet when or where or if. Lot depends on how my work comes and goes here and hay season. Have a friend that invited me out for spring branding again. Another friend in British Colombia invited to on a pack trail in the back country, along with some camping and packing locally with horses around my area. Price of gas won't keep me from having a good time and enjoying life. 2008 is going to be a good year!!!!!

Marley, I really don't know what part of Table Rock we will be staying at. I think it is a few miles down from Inidan Creek. We looked at a few resorts but we found a place called Still Waters Resort. They have a mini water park and that is just perfect for the kids plus there is a boat dock that is located right outside our doors instead of a few miles down. We really don't want to have to drive to get to the boat. We prefer to be able to walk to it.
