Anyone else still feeling the effects of the early time change, spring forward? I'm glad it's warm and sunny by my body is having trouble making the one hour time change.

I love this time of year but I am having trouble sleeping,not suer why could be I am getting sick or just excited about warm weather finaly coming.

I thought it was just me. Wish they would just leave it alone.
Red beans and rice, Oh Yeah. Try the Gumbo shop in Rock Hill. Although Popeye's is great!

The time change came at the same time as the weather change... wonder if that has something to do with it. Drastic weather changes make me spacey and sleepy. MMMMMM Popeyes MMMMMM

I find I am sleeping better now then I was before. I use to be up 3 and 4 times a night now I sleep until 7am. I'll tell ya whats getting me and thats the pollen. I love Spring and Fall but the pollen kills me.

I finally managed to get to bed at a decent hour last night and up on time this morning. I had been dragging big time until then. Guess I finally got adjusted. Now, if my clocks at work that needed to wait the three weeks, would just adjust already.

I am happy they did it early simply because it happened on the beginning weekend of my Spring Break, so I didn't really have to adjust too much. I hate Springing forward because we lose an hour of sleep.
