myFOXstl.com and Twitter are working together to bring the latest news updates to you! We will be updating Twitter.com with all of our top St. Louis news and weather stories as they are relevant to the Twitters 24 hours a day. This is just another way of keeping the community informed as news develops.

What is Twitter? Twitter is a community of friends and strangers from around the world sending updates about moments in their lives. Friends near or far can use Twitter to remain somewhat close while far away. Curious people can make friends. Bloggers can use it as a mini-blogging tool. Possibilities are endless!

How do I use Twitter? If you haven't used Twitter.com before, it's easy (and can be quite addictive). Once you log in, you can choose to "follow" us at Twitter.com/myfoxstl and then will have our news stories sent to your Twitter friends account.

How do I see myFOXstl.com updates?
You can login to Twitter.com at your computer, or you can have updates sent via TXT messaging. So no matter where you are, you can always stay informed courtesy of FOX 2 News and myfoxstl.com.

Yep. I have Twitterberry too antsmomie! Actually my personal one is Twitter.com/obrienmedia, but the myfoxstl one updates the news. I just babble :)

LOL Mr W....Merry Christmas Mr W....I sent Jana and Michelle an email thanking them for their friendship. Dont have your email but you could read Michelles....lol....

Really...tho I have not met you...YET...I feel I already am getting to know you, thru here and thru what Michelle and Jana told me (I wont tell WHAT they told me....lol). You guys are soooo great, and fun! Sorry I had to miss the party! Merr Christmas Mr W....have a blessed one and safe ok?

No...you didnt! ...How did you do that? And what are you doing about it? Can you walk on it? Is it swollen....bruised? ...do you have any numbness or tingling in your toes? Is the color in your toes ok?

Put that ankle up and ice it! 30 mins on and 30 mins off....when you are sitting. And any time you are sitting you should have it up...

Sorry...the nurse ALWAYS kicks in....

I'll get it xrayed tomorrow or the next day.... I can walk on it but it is painful..... I have iced it a lot and a lot of the swelling is gone..... I have done this many times before in my life.... this time I turned it on some steps carrying my sound equipment down some stairs to do a christmas party in a Millionaires house.......

sorry....I didnt finish my train of thought...lol. I dont know if I hope its a bad sprain or a break. I have had both...the break was less painful than the sprain and healed up better and more complete than the sprain too!

Hope you are better in no time....no more volleyball for you , for a bit....
