This is the time of the year that workers have to select what Medical Plan they would like for the following year, and I have found that this year it has changed a lot..

Adding dependance on the Medical Plans this year is so much higher, and people are having to drop the dependance. Example: our Medical Plan went from $388.00/month to $726/month, that is $326.00 more a month and we can't afford it, so now only one of us has insurance.

My daughters husband Medical Plan has change to state that if any working spouse is offered Insurance from their employer they must take it. This has not changed anything for them., because she don't work.

Has anyone else seen big changes to their Medical Plans and how has it impacted you?
