So, what did you think? I thought almost all the deserving people won the awards. No Country for Old Men is a masterpiece and deserved the best picture award. I saw There Will Be Blood, and did not see what is so great about it, aside from Daniel Day Lewis's AMAZING performance, who won best actor. I would recommend that movie just for his performance. I think he is today's greatest living actor, maybe just the greatest peroid. Javier Bardem won for best supporting actor for his chillingly cold perofrmance in No Country for Old Men. The biggest dissapointment was Ruby dee not winning supporting actress for American Gangster. She was really good in it.

So, what are your thoughts? It doesn't ven have to be Oscar realted, just what you thought about the movies. I would be especially interested to hear what people think of There Will Be Blood and No Country for Old Men.

Hey Mutatis.... Havn't seen it and missed the awards...... Just wanted to say hi...... But I am thinking about a movie this wat so it may be what I go to see.....

It's a bummer that Amy Ryan didn't win for her performance in Gone Baby Gone...very raw performance.

Mutatis-Mutandis

My only other name that I have created is Dantumis_Tumasit. I am only active on one blogging name at a time. I created Dantumis_Tumasit when this blogging name was gagged, for reasons unclear to me. I was planning to stay on Dantumis_Tumasit, but now the password doesn't work, so I came back here. You should also note, Dantumis_Tumasit is an anagram of Mutatis-Muatndis. Some people figured it out. Anyways, thought I'd clear that up, sense some uninformed people on here seem to have this conspiracy theory that I have created a vast number of screen names in order to better spread my America hating agenda. Sorry, don't have time for that. I barely have time for this.
