I have just closed out my second week of work after returning from maternity leave.  I'll have to be completely honest, I didn't want to come back.  I couldn't stand the thought of leaving my beautiful twin girls home with a babysitter.  It was especially hard after hearing on the news about the nanny who slammed the little baby against the wall leaving him blind and brain damaged.   But since I've been back, it's been good.  My twins are surviving with out me and I'm surviving too.  My question is if you didn't have to work, would you stay home? Or do you working moms out there work to get out of the house?  PS  Eventhough I'm enjoying being back to work, I'm still playing the lottery.
