There's chips to be had. Beers to knock down. Try the jalapeno crab dip? What the heck, it's a special day. Oh yeah, and there's a game on TV isn't there? It's Super Bowl Sunday. An unofficial American holiday. Where the party is almost as important as NFC vs AFC. Maybe more.

In honor of that, FOX-2 wants to come by your blowout. This Sunday Maurice Drummond will be out and about party-crashing.
It's "Mo's Super Bowl Shuffle". We've got a full tank of gas and Mo's empty stomach.

So here's the gameplan.

Blog here or send me an email. Tell us about your party.
Who, what, where, why and when. And is there anything unique.
Maybe your party is outside. Or you have the world's biggest salami sandwhich. You play a nerf game at halftime. Whatever. The more unique. The more likely we'll stop by.

Remember to include a contact name and number.

See you in front of the tv.
We'll bring the camera. And the Tums.

Martin

Hey Martin,

There is a large group of Bears fans that have met by going to Tin Can every Sunday to watch the Bears win. SO, appropriately enough the same three groups who only met because of Sunday Bears football games at Tin Can, is getting together at Tin Can for the Superbowl. We will have the 85/86 Chicago Bears "Superbowl Shuffle" playing before the game. There is about 25 of us (the majority of us are Bears fans) and we are loud, rowdy and die hard. So come visit us, upstairs (it is reserved privately for our group of Sunday Bears football viewers) at the Tin Can. But I will have to warn you, we are crazy about our Bears.

Hope to see you and Maurice!!!!

Marty are we still doing the
Southern Living/Avon/Superbowl party at Casa de Kilcoyne? That was such a riot last year I mean seeing Desir hawk those baskets and candles all the while Rothelisberger was lazering passes to Hines Ward was a hoot. And the crumpets you prepared went so well with the Pink Lemonade. Ahhhh the memories.

Just kidding...folks...if this is anything like the Turkey Game coverage Marty will make it well worth tuning over to Fox 2 during the big game.

Happy Superbowl Sunday!
(Arnold, MO)
Back in the early to mid 1990's my husband Dan and I decided to have a superbowl party with a group of friends. It continued until our children took over our party area and turned it into bedrooms. Therefore, our friends, Mike and Sharon were kind enough to take over our annual event. It's the usual group which consists of about 30 but friends of a friend and other new comers have been sited and are welcomed. Out party starts a couple of hours before kick off time of course for none other than the food! Our friend Ron makes the best ribs and is kind and willing to make them even on the coldest day of winter. There are side dishes, snacks, and desserts made from most of our favorite or new recipes which can be enjoyed throughout the game. It is not likely to miss any play of the game, commercial or half-time activities as there are televisions posted all thru the house. Unless, of course, you choose another form of entertainment such as a friendly game of poker, kareokee, pool, darts or a welcomed response to one of the many attendance prize drawings we have throughout the game. Sooo
WELCOME Martin !! CONTACT: Dan/Pat (636)296-5263 or (314)306-8355

When I'm not anchoring sports, or heading to Rams Park, or imitating Tony LaRussa, I can be found blogging. This is a whole new world for me. I previously thought a blogger was a bloated jogger.
