As reporters we do thousands of stories, of those you probably learn something from all of them, then there are those that truly touch you.   Thursday night on FOX 2 News at Nine I hope you can find the time to watch a story of a baby who even before birth was not expected to live.   Annie's journey is one filled with defying the odds, a little girl's unbelievable determination and one that I promise will inspire you.  She touched my life for the first time back in 1999 when she was born.   I will also be talking about Annie on FOX 2 News in the Morning on Friday in our 8am hour.   If you have a chance I hope you can tune in and will feel as inspired as I have been watching this amazing young girl through the years.  Once you've seen the story I would love to hear your comments.

We reported this morning that the Chrysler portion of Diamler-Chrysler is for sale.  The automaker's chairman confirmed the company is talking to potential buyers.  Nationwide, some 13-thousand jobs will be cut, including more than 13-hundred at the two plants in Fenton.  Just wondering how many of you know someone or will be affected by this news?   How worried are you about it?  Are you financially preparing for it now?  Are workers in Fenton concerned about a buyout?

Yes, I'm still here and with FOX 2.  I've received hundreds of e-mails and while I've answered several of your blogs I thought I should send you all a "shout out".  First off, let me say how unbelievably overwhelmed I've been by all of your wonderful comments.  I can't begin to tell you how much that means to me, so thank you for your kind thoughts and for caring.  So, where have I been?  I've been anchoring the weekend evenings, which were left vacant when Corrina Sullivan moved on in her career.  You can also catch me reporting on the evening newscasts three days a week.  Yes, of course I miss waking up with all of you "FOX 2 News in the Morning fans" and sharing a cup of coffee & a smile.  I promise to keep you posted on any changes in the future.  Again, thank you all for your support!!  God Bless. 

Are you struggling to get your toddler to the potty? Are you at your wits end with all the potty talk? Tuesday morning in our 7am hour, we're going to find out easy ways to get your little ones to the bathroom and out of those costly diapers. Yippie! I have two in them now and am ready to take out a second mortgage on my house. Yes, it is time for my son to just say no to diapers. Any questions you may have for the good doctor, please let me know here and I'll ask them on the air Tuesday morning. Any parental advice you may have for me, I'll take that too.
